For what this is (an old inn-motel with the outside renovated), it’s not terrible. The staff interactions were very minimal. Area was rather secluded, but didn’t feel unsafe. The walls are a bit thin

parking was awesome, right in front of our suite. The a/c worked so well kept the room nice and chilly. Location was amazing right near a few locations that we were going to. only thing was the jetted tub had a bad smell when you would run the jets. Kind of like suffer or rotten eggs.

The room was very clean, parking was good and the A/C worked well. But the bed was not that great plus the bed sheets were not fitted, the room had no complementary water nor could I get any at the vending machine, the towels were small and the bath tub flooded while showering because the button that pulls the water up to the shower head didn’t work properly. But location was good.

The room was clean. It was an average place, nothing fancy. Even though it was right against the freeway, I slept perfectly fine, the room was quiet. The man at the desk was very friendly and nice. This was just a quick overnight trip and it was a good choice. Thank you

The pillow is too high and too hard, and the air blowing from the air conditioner has a strong, unpleasant odor.

Nothing The man at the front desk has horrible customer service. Not enough parking for people actually staying at the hotel and people parking over the blue hatch lines to separate and give space to the disabled parking spot. If I’m staying at your establishment I shouldn’t have to park at the next hotel over or down the street. Rooms not clean. Room smelled as well.

The front desk guy was rude from the start. He kinda threw my card and ID on the little window and our bedroom key, so it was annoying. Our room smelled like cigarettes heavily and couldn't change our rooms. We asked for more pillows at night and the guy at the front desk said there's no housekeeping so he can't. There was a room that was loud close to ours at around 3 am watching TV and talking loudly so we really couldn't sleep well. Overall, we had a bad experience and will never go back again.
