Staff was friendly. There were cockroaches. When we got in the room it was humid, air had to be adjusted and eventually the humid/musty air changed. The beds were okay, definitely did not feel like a bed of feathers. The door had to be messed with in order to actually close, there was an issue with the lock. Low water pressure and mostly hot water. Breakfast was granola bars and muffins, meh.

Also, at check-in, it was not clarified that the hold that they were taking for deposit would be an actual transaction and that I would have to wait for a refund. I’m used to hotels just putting a hold for the deposit not actually taking my money and then have to wait a week for them to refund it back. When I called to ask about the release of my hold the gentleman at the desk at that time told me that it was an actual transaction. I had to wait for a refund and he was kind of rude about it when I told him that that should’ve been clarified and that I was gonna put that in the review so that people would know. He was so nonchalant about it. I wish it had been the same lady that checked me in because she was definitely nicer.

Upon arrival the staff was friendly we arrived mid evening round like 6/7 , once we was in the room we noticed room only had 1 towel & the room was overly hot we was traveling with kids so was no go we let front know and the man at time did help , the following day tho we notice the toilet was not flushing and started to clog we was without a bathroom for 2 hours as they had replace the whole toilet, the sink was also semi clogged so we only was able run water very lightly or it would fill up so fast . The morning staff didn’t speak much English and wasn’t very helpful at first with our concerns . The place has potential but needs more staff and routine maintenance.

No complaints, front desk was busy when I got in but once I was seen staff were very patient and helpful, check in time stated 3pm but they allowed me to Check in before which was amazing being that I was alone and from another state, room was clean however I feel the tv could be updated in the future

Room was not cleaned properly door did not close properly in the building smelled like weed. Staff seem to be un concerned about any complaints that I had not worth the $85 I paid.

Breakfast was ok , staff was nice,room was clean. No place to get food. I came by taxi and I had to order delivery.

I honestly have no likes at all the room and ESPECIALLY the bathroom smelled terrible, and the t towels were dingy and didn't appear to be clean, people were outside making noise until the early A M ! The only ice machine was broken and the staff was rude! None of the maintenance staff spoke English! I really don't know how they stay in business! I want a refund!!

When I arrived i seen several buildings im like it ghetto..but as got inside...mind blowing.

Very easy to get to different places we had to go. The only thing I can say is the part of our room has missing carpet and one of the doors to the bedroom was hard to keep shut. Also the beds were not the best but otherwise it was a good place to stay.
