Extended Stay America Premier Suites Melbourne I95

Everything is good about extended stay America. My last room was by the staircase, but it was the 4th floor so fortunately I didn't hear much noise.

The staff is very informative and helpful. I had a quiet stay visiting family. Room was clean and odor free. I would stay at this location again

Coffee was good the channel selection was nice Full refund please! Staff is rude as hell. I was trying to secure a place to live for me and my wife so Frank the guy that was going to let us stay and help him out in exchange for rent, my wife is registered nurse, blocked my number due to him calling the hotel and the staff told him we had been thrown out when we were not. And the manager blacklisted me from booking at any motel on their chain. Unimaginable!!

Room was larger than expected and very clean! We would book again.

Everything was good my 3-day stay. I like the staff here very much.Cassie,Kayla, Francesca, Jamie and Jennifer are very helpful and friendly. I'm always comfortable staying here.

Stains on the bed sheets. I had to actually take the sheets off before getting into bed. I didn't even bother to contact the hotel staff because it was late and I was extremely tired.

Staff was great & rooms were nice

Highly recommend this place! I had a wonderful stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus because I could make my own breakfasts, and the large refrigerator easily fit all of my groceries. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and everything I needed. The staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Melbourne. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was spacious. It had a musty or mildew smell.

Clean room

I got bed bugs from this hotel. Found them in clothes in sure case they were in pajamas because I vacuum seal clothes when packing I put everything but dirty clothes in loosely they were in there and I’ve found one in bed.

I love staying here, because it's so clean, the rooms are big, and they are pet friendly (dogs and cats), love the kitchenette as well. I haven't been here in a year and since then they have taken the coffee pots out of the rooms, they didn't have breakfast like the add on their TV said....its muffins, thats hardly a breakfast. The coffee in the snack area is only offered with flavored coffee mate. They dont have plain unsweetened creamer for people that dont do sugar or sweet creamer. This should be an option as well. On a better note, there is Racetrac nextdoor so I went there for my coffee.

Only 1 ice machine in the whole building

the hotel is fine. Clean and decent size rooms. Our only issue was the fighting couple across the hallway which lead to the cops being called on them.

My stay was pleasant. I would return easy.

Clean, quiet and professional. Great, easy stay.

Very nice staff, clean room, dog pop in some places out, some homeless hanging around
