Breakfast Was OK It Wasn't Clean Properly, I Had An Old Used Towel Still In My Bathroom, Sauce Of Some Sort all On The Walls && Refrigerator was Dirty

I really enjoyed my stay over this hotel! This hotel is my favorite one whenever I travel to Memphis. Thanks!

Exceptional

Good location off the highway. Large room. Given a dirty room with hairs in both beds. When asked for a new room, given a room with what appeared to be clean beds. Second room had a greasy floor and a filthy couch and chair. Stained carpet in room. TV remote was taped together and didnt work without smashing the buttons. Ice bucket was filthy. Unknown splatters on the walls and doorway into the bathroom. Water pressure like someone was pouring water from a cup on you. Hallways were hot and elevator was slow. Carts to get items to your room were small and not returned to the front desk.

The elevator inspection was expired, room was filthy, mold in the bathroom, there was not a piece of furniture in the room wasn’t broken, carpet was disgusting, had a really bad smell and we didn’t even get in the pool. 0/10. Never again.

Hotel is primarily for truckers and construction workers. If you are ok with staying at such a hotel, then please consider this hotel when looking for a place to stay in West Memphis AR.

The floor in the lobby and near and in the elevators was dirty and sticky. We had mold on the air conditioner and they did not have another room we could move to. The bathroom had no fan and there was rust. Our walls were filthy as well. I will not be back unfortunately.

The condition of the sofa was gross. It appeared dirty and stained enough to avoid sitting on it. To clarify I did not bring these concerns to management’s attention during my stay or give the staff an opportunity to address them. I chose to handle what I could myself and go to sleep. However, after reflecting on the overall condition of the room, I felt the experience was still worth bringing to your attention. I’m not sure whether the condition was due to limited staff or simply a lack of attention to detail, but this was by far the most disappointing stay I’ve had at one of your properties. The lobby and common areas appeared pristine and reflected the level of quality I have come to expect, which made the condition of the room even more surprising. Perhaps this was an isolated issue with my particular room, but I did take photos to document the condition and support the concerns I’m sharing.

The breakfast was not something that I would look forward to having each morning.

Skip this place. Horrible people. After booking online and paying full amount when I checked in they charge me a $100 deposit. Said I would get it back in a week. What place would do that. The bathroom smelt like piss. I would advise not staying here. Shouldn’t be a franchised motel. The towels were dirty looking as well.
