Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Pittsburgh West Mifflin by IHG

The staff is so great there. Rarely is there a property or hotel where the people make things really special. They really go the extra distance to make sure that we were comfortable. It is a little far from my parent's house--but still one of the closest options for our visit.

Should be shut down and redone. If IHG got wind of this, someone would not have a job.

It was a simple check in and everything was explained The room was the cleanest we found crumbs on the floor, a used screen protector behind the nightstand and nicotine gum pack on the floor

No pool and toilet ran all night

The location was ideal for me to travel from the hotel and the other obligations I had plan. The ceiling in the bathroom had paint chipping with red mold underneath.

I travel for business and have stayed here on several occasions. Upon checking into the room I noticed the TV wasn’t working so I went downstairs and they assigned me another room without hesitation unfortunately the room I was assigned had an odd smell to it. The staff is always friendly here but the room wasn’t up to par.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I was their for a funeral they let us all hang out in the lobby and catch up after the service. The only draw back was the workout room was pretty stuffy and out of water but outside of that it was a fantastic stay during a difficult time.

The lighting in the parking area could be better.

Pricing was decent. The staff was helpful. Good breakfast. The lighting in the parking area could be better.
