I like that they give coffee, tea, hot chocolate and muffins in the morning but what I don’t like is the up kept and quality of the rooms. One room had black mold or moisture in the ceiling bathroom it looked like something out of a scary movie and the room they moved me to smelt like cigarettes and marijuana like it was in the walls I couldn’t sleep because the room smelt so bad opening up the windows did not help at all and the room looked real bad beat up bad chipped paint from the frig and walls just terrible. But the staff is always nice

An average hotel—nothing special, but nothing bad either. I'd like to see some improvements to the breakfast.

The room was very clean and I have a high expectation The staff, especially Nancy Was very helpful and kind went out of her way to make sure the room met my needs to make sure our room met my needs.

Central location Exterior of hotel littered with cigarette butts and trash. No soaps or cups or water in rooms. Sign in room stating we have to request after check in but we arrived late so very inconvenient. No one told us when we checked in which would have been helpful. No ice available, told no ice machine since Covid. Even the continental “Breakfast” was sparse with nothing fresh at all, only commercial pre-wrapped muffins and multi-grain breakfast bars.

It was quiet, close to my destination and the staff was friendly. The price was excellent. Only one garbage can in the room.

Hotel is a bit of a rundown. Lobby had a smell. We were assigned initially a room that had a strong smoke smell but staff was able to put us in a different room which was better. A bit noisy, heard people shouting in the middle lf the night.

The room was not clean and smelled bad. The kitchenware provided was of bad quality, insufficient and not to the mark. Bedding and linen was of bad quality. Breakfast was not up to the mark, it’s not appropriate for a to-go breakfast. The staffs behavior was rude and disrespectful. They did not care and about the customer and were confrontational. There was no room service provided and unbecoming of an hotel. The overall experience was very unpleasant.

Bad bed, hotel stinks

It was okay My boyfriend and his son said that The kitchen in the room should had plates, kitchen utensils, paper towels for the guest to cook . In my personal opinion, if there’s a kitchen like that in a hotel for guest to cook meals , I believe the hotel should supply those kind of kitchen items. Especially, if you are advertising as an extended stay. Also, there was no ice machine which to get fresh ice .

Nothing.. Dirty and had a really bad smell

The rooms had a STRONG putrid, moldy smell. The pillows were yellow-looking, and I did not feel comfortable staying here.

As soon as I got to the property the front entry doors were nasty and dirty. When I went in they were cleaning something and the place smelt like a wet dog. Then I go to my room and there are no dishes to be used. You have to go downstairs and they give you a bucket with dishes to take up. They advertise continental breakfast, but there view of a continental breakfast was coffee and a muffin. I was not impressed with that place and I would never go again.

Rooms are decent and clean. Location was by a lot of convenient fast food places (if you eat fast food) and by the freeway. The free breakfast was really just individually packaged muffins and coffee, nothing to write home about.

The hotel feels very safe and is fairly close to the SAC. The main drawback was that our bed was hard. Although it was nice to have a kitchen, it would have been helpful if the hotel had provided the room with a hair dryer.

The room was clean and the area is quiet. There is food and fuel nearby and it is very close to the freeway. The kitchen area is nice to have, especially for longer stays.
