Amazing stay, staff was elite!

Everything was good and clean and front desk staff was nice with good communication.

Enjoyed staying there, it was also close to many restaurants within walking distance

This hotel was amazing! I had accidentally booked a different hotel for what I thought was the night we needed but was the next day. The first hotel was sold out so I looked and found the Springhill Suites. When I got there to check in (after 9pm) the front desk lady was clearly overwhelmed because her lobby was taken over by a bunch of very loud parents in town for a tournament. I could hardly hear her talking across the desk. Even with all of that and clearly frustrated with guests that were being incredibly rude (I heard one on the phone yelling at her as I was checking in) she was so nice and polite to me!! She found us a room that would accommodate all of us (family of 5) and helped me find a restaurant open that late that would deliver. Then she got extra towels for us and was just so nice even when everyone else was being awful to her. I wish I remembered her name so I could give her a shout out but I forgot. Highly recommend this hotel! We will be back

The AC had constant issues when it was 100+ outside not great for a young family

The room and everything was great have stayed here 2 times and both times have had AC issues the first time our controller was locked out and the front desk had to grant us access this last time the AC sounded like it was going to explode and the staff couldn’t help at all with the issue the ac would shut off and on all night making a terrible racket some other guests were using the patio and were up till 3 am we could hear them clearly on the 4th floor called and complained twice with no change my children lost sleep most importantly so will not be staying again

I love this location the staff is top notch.

The staff was about as accommodating as any stay I have ever had. The hotel was as advertised but the staff took it to another level. They were great!!

Well, first of all when we got to our room it was nearly 90° in there had to switch rooms then was told that they had a hot tub hot tub didn’t even work no jets no nothing stayed there plenty of times and it was just a really awful experience, especially for staying there two nights and what they charge per night
