Springhill Suites by Marriott Warwick

This is a fine place, and the breakfast is solid and appreciated. There are signs of wear and tear, but nothing horrific. Breakfast is noisy and crowded. Highway noise is noticeable.

The bed was SO comfy, the TV worked, the shower water had so much water pressure, and the fridge was already plugged in and cold! The shower drain was a little rusty, so I couldn't take a bath

Trash thrown everywhere outside. Dirty floors, broken dispensers in our bathroom. No luggage carts available, terrible elevators, mats that were worn and could easily cause trips on the floors, unfriendly staff. Shall I go on?

Passable

The pictures were very deceiving especially for a Marriot. We walked in and the front desk manager at least I believe she was her name was REN she was very friendly and nice said hello and checked us in but when we got to our room it was very damp and smelled heavy of mold. I was traveling to RI to see a doctor for a head condition and the smell was very strong I usually try not to complain but it was too strong to ignore. We went back down and I told her and she immediately apologized and then gave us a different room. The other room was better but I did notice in the morning that the smell was there as well but just not as strong. I just believe it needs to checked. The hot tub was nice and the breakfast was a good free breakfast. Other then the mold smell it wasn’t a horrible place however because of the price unless it is fixed I doubt I would stay here again, but I do feel it was close to things and good for what we needed at least for one night.

Clean room, staff polite and happy. Overall fantastic stay. Breakfast was a hit! And Beds comfortable!!

The staff was pleasant, however the hotel left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom had debris from plaster work behind the door and in corners, there was a plaquer on the floor next to one of our beds, and random debris on the hallway floors. The hot tub was full of what looked like pocket lint and the elevator would not stop on our floor. Breakfast was a joke and poorly set up. We checked in at almost 6 pm and room were still being cleaned.

First of all the price, the breakfast was really good every morning, the atmosphere was great.
