There were problems with the smell in our room but when we complained they moved us to a better room.

Room was clean. Dated decor but cleanliness is definitely more important to me. Parking is limited. Hotel was very accomodating in providing us a microwave and fridge due to food allergies. I never found an ice machine on property. They do still service rooms each day to make beds and replace towels.

It’s a little old let’s say. It was clean. It’s a one night if you need kinda place IMO.

Basic clean rooms, well maintained and no frills, old buildings with outside stairs to the upper floor. Well located close to the entrance to Yellowstone’s west entrance. There were two properties Dude and Round up across the street managed by one check in. We were in the ground level room, every little walking, showering etc were loudly heard. Within walkable distance to shops, restaurants and the museum. It filled our needs.

Motel is well located, staff was great and rooms are clean. However, outdated faucets, showers, switches etc. very slow WiFi. No microwave, No coffee maker. Noisy old refrigerator. Very limited parking

WiFi pésimo, bueno el parqueadero, el aseo de las habitaciones y especial el baño podría ser mejor, en general es lo justo por el precio.

The door to the bathroom wouldn’t lock and there was no stopper in the sink. The Wifi was uselessly slow.

Room was clean. Locks on door were incorrectly installed had to have desk assist in unlocking

We loved this cute old motel just right across the street from the West gate to Yellowstone. Will definitely stay here again

The staff was fabulous! The room was clean. The motel needs a little bit of updating. I love the location. Close to many activities in West Yellowstone.

For that price they could at least have a night table lamp. Noisy, dirty… don’t waste your money go somewhere else!!

Location is great to all local restaurants and shops and the entrance to Yellowstone. Beds were comfortable, shower was good. Room had a very unpleasant and strong cleaning supply smell. However it was very clean . There was not a coffee pot in the room. Coffee is available in the lobby.

Terrible smell. Everything else even worse.

I was about to use their microwave, when suddenly it tripped, and all the lights except for the one at the restroom went off. No one to call for it was around 3am in the morning. 🙄😏☹️😡

Nice clean place. Nice place to stay if you are going to be in the parks all day

Ann at the desk was very personal... good place..

TV didn't work, they came to fix it but didn't and said maybe tomorrow. Didn't help me as I only stayed one night.
