Very basic room with no breakfast

This place wasn’t horrible…just very outdated. I booked it because it was a cheaper option. And West Yellowstone seems to be expensive, dinging the tourist going to Yellowstone.

Ice bucket but ice maker was out of order No small cooler No coffee maker No microwave No tissue paper (Kleenex) My friend had a nicer room with all of the above (107)

The room was very clean.

Good option for the price. Clean, helpful staff, and necessary amenities. We stayed here at two separate times, and the bathroom in one of the rooms didn't have a towel bar or any hooks to hang our clothes on.

The location is the high point of this property: walking to restaurants and stores was easy! Room itself was nice and clean, although the bathroom really needed hooks for towels. The interior hallway heading to the second floor was filthy however, and the front desk will only give you less than one ice bucket per day per room of ice.

Moved straight to another spot. Air con broken, ants, smell from the drains, incessant humming noise etc etc. avoid.

Door to so called Deluxe suite did not lock from inside, after talking to manger who was not present, so it conversation was over a phone, who first reaction to me telling her the door will not lock was you can check out but you will still pay and she has never given payment back to booking made though a third party, we had booked for three nights, I pointed out the door not locking was unsafe, she said she maintained man but if he could not fix it she repeated she will not refund. I contacted the third party a booked though which is not easy done though messaging back and forth, all this took over an hour, a second maintenance man managed a fix. Now we finally got to look around only to find the suite was not anything near deluxe it was very basic only beds in the bedroom nothing use, tv did not have any programs at all, while the kitchen had a cooked with over there was only pots and pans nothing to use in the over, all the plate were not clean and unusable, overall it was overpriced and would not recommend NOT TO BOOK. Also be careful the manager said they have four properties in the area, So be careful. I will. And will not any of them. Worst service ever and I have travelled a lot and have never been treated like it was my fault the door was not safe and would not lock, I find hard to believe the manager attitude and can only hope the owner read this and sort out the manager.

I was looking for an affordable motel and this one was a good choice. It was clean, quiet, and walking distance to food and shopping. They didn't provide breakfast but that seems to be the trend with the more affordable motels. I would stay there again.

Stay was ok. Room was clean and staff friendly. Ice machine did not work and office was not open for coffee one morning.

No amenities, very dated, Very small bathroom that had the only small mirror available in the room. Beds were just Okay but one bed was positioned so you could not see the TV. but the choice of TV channels was really bad anyway and thee TV itself had a terrible picture. No interaction with the staff other than check in and checkout. Way over priced, but considering other hotels in the area doesn't surprise me. More like a Motel 6. and wish they don't leave the light on fo you.

Good accessibility

The room had a musty almost smoke smell when we walked in. The bath/shower wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The staff was really friendly when we checked in.

This was a cute inn, looks like it’s going through a remodel. The staff was very helpful!

No ice

Very clean room and very good location near Yellowstone entrance.

This is a very old and worn property. We did not want to have our barefeet on the floor. Perhaps that fits with the location? Expect the basics and for them to be well worn. Towels and linens were clean, bedspread har lived some life. Received a text from the front desk to send any questions or request via the message. When I replied with a question I received no reply. Worked for being in the room minimally. Good location.
