I loved my room, the hydrotherapy tub was amazing, bathroom very spacious, I also enjoyed the spa would definitely book again,the room service food not so great but I enjoyed every thing else about this place !!!!!

Yamilay, front desk reservationist, was so accommodating and helpful. She effortlessly assisted with our room without hesitation. We needed an accommodation and she was a superstar, putting our anxieties to rest and relieving our stress. Made for such a pleasant stay. Additionally, the room was nicely appointed. The service staff was cheerful and welcoming. And, the bed was restful. We’d definitely stay here again.

Diana hotel and spa was wonderful. Everything was accessible, you had the spa, gym and restaurant and bar.

Room was tastefully furnished & spacious, with large bed and good a/c. Staff at reception came across as disinterested, and failed to fully explain processes. Disputed night already paid for. Hotel overpriced.

I didn’t have to leave the property. Everything was there and amazing quality. The restaurant’s food was delicious. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The hotel was super clean and there were so many activities to partake in. The spa was so relaxing. Everything was exceptional. I liked everything
