Breakfast was good, we didn't like that it was a mandatory part of your stay, but it was convenient. Location was good, however the closest lift was the bunny hill, but it was easy to get one of to the main gondolas in Westindorf from the top of that lift. Probably poor planning on our part. Don't try to get a taxi from the train station on the day of the Hahnenkamm! It was a long walk in the ice and snow hauling your gear! Lesson learned!

Very expensive and the rooms were a bit smaller than I’d have wished.

Very good with private parking and comfortable bed and good restaurant beside the hotel.

Everything was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Daniela. The bed was very comfortable and everything was new and modern after a complete renovation. Lovely pool and wellness area. Highly recommend. You have to have breakfast which is charged for separately. Not good if you like to fast in the morning.

The hotel looks like it's been renovated really recently. everything is tip-top, clean and new Rooms are pretty spacious, breakfast is great they make awesome breads Staff was nice, the spa was good, everything we needed after a long day of skiing! The parking is not exactly next to the hotel. not very far away, but it is a 3 minutes walk so you can't see the car from the hotel. The beds are fancy, but were too soft for my liking, so I woke up with a bit of a back pain. but these are really small things, I really liked the hotel

The hotel was really comfortable, especially the beds which were gorgeous. We enjoyed the spa and the location was great too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Having to pay €40 per day for breakfast that wasn’t included in the price when I booked.

Perfect location Close to the slopes

Great facilities for a ski trip. Pool and sauna were excellent after a day on the hill.

Very friendly staff, stylish & comfortable rooms with modern furnishings, loved the Spa area too with pool, sauna & steam room. Breakfast was excellent and the location was very central in Westendorf Glass doors to the bathroom that don’t fully close aren’t everybody’s favourite… other than that would have been nice to include the breakfast - we felt it was expensive to add around €20 per person per day for breakfast as a compulsory fee. It was good but if this was optional or included it would have been better.

Well appointed, friendly, central.

The staff is very poor. At check in and check out nobody was there to help. Finally I went home without seeing any of the staff. The people working in the hotel in the cafe and restaurant had no clue and spoke very poor English.

The hotel was excellent, a true delight. Perfect warmth and ambiance after a long day's skiing & cosy bar area. Great setting in the middle of the town, close to the slopes (about 100m walk to the chair lift for the beginners slope and you can either use that to get across to the main gondola or walk about 300m to the gondola station) and just around the corner from a wonderful Billa supermarket. Fabulous breakfast with options for everyone. Lovely friendly staff, particularly the bar guy who was great. Great ski boot room where you didn't even need to lock your things away. Swimming pool was very cold when we arrived but this was because it was the start of the season and it warmed up. Great sauna and freezing shower downstairs from the pool area. We didn't eat in the hotel as we were b&b but the dinner options looked good. Rooms were well heated - maybe a little warm but we just left the door open for a bit and it was fine. Nice and quiet nb the church bells ring at 7am. Free parking next to the supermarket, which was perfect. Limited eating options in town, but I think this was because we were a bit early for the ski season (middle of December). Would have been nice to eat in the hotel but it seemed like more of a fixed menu thing with no prices on as most people would have had it as part of dinner, b&b. The only issue we had is that one night the staff had their Christmas party and everything seemed to be turned off so there was no hot water etc - really no problem as I'm glad they all had a night off but no warning! Small issue tho as everything else was perfect.

Excellent breakfast buffet and hot food cooked to order. Right in the heart of the town. Very friendly staff and service was excellent. Beautiful room with a view from balcony. Free parking. Bar closes at 10 pm in off-season.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet (except for Air Raid siren at 0630 on Sunday morning) with adequate ventilation. Breakfast was adequate. .
