Location was just of the ski slopes. It was very quiet and tranquil. The views were breathtaking even in September. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean with nice pine decor. But it was relatively small and with no common amenities like coffee or kettle or fridge. Breakfast was lacking as compared to other hotels. I asked about a couple of fried eggs. But was served only 1. The person serving breakfast didn’t speak English and might have misunderstood. Only cold cuts and breads were available for selection. And they weren’t replenished promptly. Everything else had to be ordered. It felt a bit out of date. The room cost was on the high side. Possibly due to a race in the area next morning.

The hotel is located in the heart of Westendorf; it's very clean, the owner and the staff are very friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was strong. We are used to having an AC, so we missed it, but in the area, the AC is not a standard thing.

staff was very firendly, the building was very well kept and clean, the location was great as it was walkable to the train station and ski lifts. The bed matress was ok, but not that comfortable.

Excellent accommodation within walking distance of the first chairlift. The guesthouse is located in a beautiful village where there are many restaurants and shops. Incredibly pleasant and friendly owners who go out of their way to accommodate your every wish. Accommodation nice and clean, great breakfast. I recommend it to everyone.

Right in the centre of Westendorf. Fabulously friendly and helpful family run business. Breakfast was delicious. Enough bread and cold cuts but also we had scrambled eggs with a bacon on top. Plenty of food and options. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Loved it. Nothing to complain about.

Room is nice and kept clean everyday. Balcony is also the thing that I really enjoyed. Nice and handy breakfast to get you going in the morning. Staff is polite and friendly, always intending to help you. The closest lift that connects to the other parts of SkiWelt is about 3 minute walk. Ski storage is in the hotel. Definetely worth the money, no doubt.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. 15mins to Kitzbuhel by car, hotel is suited in the center of Westendorf and everything you need is very close by.

Everything was perfect: clean room, tasty breakfasts (pefect coffee:) ). Hotel is situated in a very peaceful and silent area. Everything what you need is close (shops, restaurants, pools, amazing lake). The view that we had from the balcony was amazing. Price per night is very good. And now the best part of our stay: The Owners of the hotel are the kindest people in the world, smiley, helpful and talkative. We felt very good in this place and recommend everyone to choose it. We hope to come back soon.

Very welcoming. Each morning a generous breakfast was served with great hospitality. The owners are gracious and very kind. The location is perfect and close to amenities.

The best welcome in Austria! The family makes you feel at home straight away, with smiles and tips. Ideally located, view on the mountain. Super nice stay.
