Certainly one of the better properties of the Holiday Inn Express chain. The only issue was that they could not modify the printed receipt to add a company name (it’s a policy I have to follow) since with the print-out the account was changed to status “checked out”.

Booked and prepaid. Called the morning of arrival and prepaid status confirmed. Hotel staff said it was not prepaid when I arrived at facility.. Had receipt and credit card confirmation. They said it was not in their system, and I would need to pay again. I was not paying twice. We were unable to stay as they could not give me my room. I got reimbursed from credit card company and I called them while at hotel.

New, clean, nice, professional! Breakfast was full spread, eggs, meat, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, muffins and more! A1 property!
