Great hotel that accomodated us whenever any issues came up. They were extraordinarily flexible and the overall experience was incredibly nice. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Westport!

done just right. The rooms are beautiful and meticulous. At arrival the greeting is so welcoming and the glass of champagne that they offer is a nice touch. The buffet breakfast is superb with everything from avocado toast to bacon and eggs and wonderful fruit and muffins. Their Dandelion restaurant is beautiful. Every detail is addressed here. A definite 10!

Was disappointed with the front desk’s inability to honor my longstanding request for an early checkin (1 pm). I arrived at 1pm and was told my room wasn’t ready. Was told I would be notified by phone when the room was available. Never received the promised phone call and was issued room keys at 3:10pm.

The pool was closed while we were there. We also were not able to have dinner in the restaurant because it was closed for a wedding. We had breakfast in the restaurant ( included with the room) and the food was very good. Even though the wedding was basically underneath our room, we were able to sleep well because I had brought my own white noise machine, but I was surprised that the hotel didn’t make more of an effort to place us in a room away from the wedding. There are four electric car chargers. The two that are near regular parking spots were occupied by cars that were not electric and the two that were located in the handicap spots were occupied by two cars that were electric but never moved even once they were fully charged. It would be great if the hotel had at least one electric charger set aside for the valet so they could swap out cars as they were done charging.

The check in area was sub par. For over $500 a night, I expected more. The bathroom smelled bad bringing back memories of the holiday inns we stayed at when our kids were young. The smell was from the toilet. I could hear my neighbors with their tv on next door. The gym was disappointing. Very stark and uninviting. Entrance to hotel on strip mall street was a huge disappointment. I think this place favors the restaurant over the guests. Every elevator I took had staff and their cleaning stuff. Clearly they were trained to apologize. Which they did every time. I should not be stopped in my tracks by cleaning staff at every turn. I watched staff person vacuuming while on his iPhone. Whoever is in charge of cleaning staff overall needs to do a better job. And the water pressure in the shower was awful!! Just a trickle! How can that be at these prices??

From the moment we arrived we were treated amazing. The front desk greeted us with champagne, and check-in was a breeze. Our room was ready early which was nice. Hotel is beautiful. When we walked in the room I was amazed at how immaculate it was. Beds, floors, everything was spotless. The beds and linens were the most comfortable ones I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel, so much I want to buy one for my house. Didn’t hear any noise in our room on 2nd floor. We stayed here to go to a concert nearby. We woke up and did the complimentary breakfast at the restaurant downstairs, it was nice. Parking lot def gets full fast, but we were able to get a spot. Staff was super nice. Again, place is very clean, rooms were spacious. Very happy with our stay. Not sure why it’s only rated a 3 star hotel, it’s def a higher class hotel in my opinion.

Outstanding dinner in dandelion and breakfast was outstanding as well
