The location was perfect, Beach across the road and easy walk to town and nearby attractions. Wonderful breakfast each morning, more than ample. Rooms are clean, fresh, and tastefully decorated and equipped with everything one would need for a weeks break. Host Louise and staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. Greeted every morning by a happy, bright and cheerful host to start your day is a blessing! Nothing

Louise is an amazing host, the rooms are fabulous, she goes above and beyond for all her guests. Breakfast is incredible, and it feels like 'going home' when we visit!

The location was great, just by the beach, close to shops/restaurants. The room was spacious and absolutely spotless. The balcony was an advantage. The whole property looked very nice, very taken care of and the hosts were very welcoming and attentive, explained the area and what events were happening that weekend. N/A

Plenty of choice for breakfast. Including variety of cereals, yoghurt, fruit and jams as well as full English fry up. Air con in room didnt work properly.

Louise is an amazing host, very hospitable and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The hotel is lovely and full of character, and in the best location. A small note to also say thank you for posting our watch back home after we left it in our room. Nothing.

Gresham Guest House was a fantastic base for the weekend. Excellent location on the seafront and a short walk from cafes and restaurants. Louise was exceptionally friendly, helpful and flexible, from arrival times to nutrition requirements. Great recommendations for local places to eat and drink. The 200-year old building is full of character and spotlessly clean. Cannot recommend highly enough. The long stay car park is a few minutes walk from the guest house, which was not a big deal for our party.
