Honestly the best and friendliest staff all around from arrival to departure. Seeing people who truly looked and sounded like they liked where they worked and what they were doing is great and you could completely tell by the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. Would totally recommend!!!!

Beautiful property and very helpful staff, even helped us add an extra day since we wanted to stay longer. The aquatics center was great and relaxing. Overall I'll book here again when im in Wheeling next time

We LOVED this hotel! It felt fancy and was extremely clean but was still at a good price. We were only a few miles from the downtown area and could take a shuttle anywhere within 5 miles. We also found it really easy to drive and park in the parking garage to go do things in town. Guests and staff were all easy going and having fun!

Love the feeling in Wheeling......great place to stay for the area and I know I'm a native of Wheeling! Steam room is next level! anyway, come visit my hometown!

Their server was down. We drove 4 hours for a concert then not able to check in. Staff was rude and wouldn’t allow us to manually check in. Had to dress in public bathroom and unable to shower/fix hair or makeup before the concert

All of the staff that I encountered were excellent! From the lady at the front desk, to some of the cleaning staff to both shuttle drivers that I met. Thank you to all of them!! I couldn't get the hotel wifi to work. I wasn't recognized as a guest.

The staff upon arrival were very helpful and friendly. They informed us of nearby locations and courtesy transportation to some locations. They had our room ready for check-in upon arrival and was very easy to complete.
