The manager was extremely helpful. Property was not up to par and had to change rooms twice. First room smelled like cigarette smoke and the second room wasn’t properly cleaned and did not have a shower curtain.

The room was ok. It seems like they only dus and sweep the big areas(not the side of the bed that's next to the wall). The lamps were also dusty. The hallways need a fresh coat of paint and there were bits of trash on the floor. The elevator also had trash on the floor.

As my friend described, the hotel is “aggressively adequate.” It’s as low frills as it gets but comfy enough and comes with a kitchenette. It’s a very “tired” facility. Def needs a refresh.

The room smelled. You had to get your kitchenette items from the front desk No blowdryer. No body wash. Microwave and refrigerator were disgusting. Absolutely in need of renovations in the kitchenette.

Location. Friendly and helpful staff. Dirty. Outdated. Numerous maintenance issues ongoing. Drug activity constantly.

Our room was awful. Mold in the shower tiles, packed dirt in the floor corners. The bed was so close to the a/c unit that it was a trip hazard. The kitchenette was empty. No pots, no utensils, no dish soap....you'd think those things would be present in an Extended stay as they were in many others we've stayed in. We won't stay there again.

Chrck in clerk was great. Gave me an early wake up call on Wednesday.

Outside was nice inside was messy the floors were not vacuumed. The trash was very stinking and not cleaned. Had to ask for everything no cups plates pots were not in room. Ask three times for a glass insert for the microwave, never received it still missing. Hallways needed vacuuming. Stove had black something on it that stuck on pots had to scrub them.

when meant for the person in the room it was left at. In general, the two bookings we made through you this trip were of much lower quality than we have experienced before. This was very disappointing.

Lobby smelled so bad. Room size was good and bed was comfortable. Lots of sound coming through windows from the traffic on the road. No amenities just 2 plastic cups.
