Amazing place, everything is within walking distance. Very clean and staff was incredibly friendly.

We love this place! Our son goes to college in St. Paul and it's our preferred place to stay when seeing him or other things in the cities.

Great location for visiting White Bear shops and a nice walking trail around the lake. Enjoyed Rudy’s restaurant and a great Rudy’s rooftop happy hour.

Nice clean rooms, staff are polite and friendly. Breakfast is awesome.

Rudy's Redeye Grille is fantastic! The fact that they serve full dinner menu at 11PM is outstanding. The outdoor seating space was very well constucted. First floor room load in was a bit difficult. Luggage carts were at the front lobby area but had to navigate a maze of hallways including going throught the pool area to get my room.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in was fast and easy. We enjoyed dinner in the attached restaurant. The owner mingled, asked if we needed anything, more than once. Breakfast was good, eggs, ham, pancakes, and waffles available. This is the third time i have stayed here, and definitely will again.

The rooftop restaurant and bar is fabulous. The hotel is clean but very dated. They only provide daily cleaning if you request services. You have to hang a notice on the outside of your door with the things that you would like done checked off, like your ordering lunch at a hospital lol. The day I was going to check out however , they were banging on my door at 9:30. I was very annoyed. I told them I was still there packing up. Then they came and banged on the door again at 11! I couldn't believe it. That's the only hotel I've ever stayed at that did that. They also have water available for your room, but it's a dollar a bottle. But for the price, its a good place to stay if you're visiting WBL.

We love Minnesota, we love the people, we had a lovely time. But the hotel was a train wreck, so choose wisely is my advise.
