Wonderful location, quiet and large room, friendly staff

We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and exactly as pictured. With five of us in a two‑queen room plus a pullout couch, we needed extra towels for the next day, especially since housekeeping didn’t stop in to grab the used ones and there wasn’t really anywhere to hang them. Other than that, everything was great and the hotel was very nice overall.

It was a very pleasant stay. The Staff were very courteous.

Not being able to sleep because of the noise makes it a one star for me.

It was a nice hotel.

We only stayed one night. Overall the hotel was clean and met our expectations. The drive into the city wasn’t too far either.

We were a bit disappointed that our room wasn't ready when we arrived for check-in at 3:00pm, but the staff assured us it wouldn't be long, and it wasn't! The room was amazing and the 5 of us absolutely loved being able to hang out and play games in it for 4+ hours! Breakfast was INCREDIBLE with lots of choices and friendly staff on hand to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose to stay there again, should an occasion warrant it.

Stayed here multiple times and it’s always been great. It was particularly hot in Indiana this week and the rooms had a very strong musty smell when I entered (not sure if it’s related to pet policy). Eventually dissipated once the air got going. But this was a big turnoff and it’s unlikely that I’ll book this hotel again.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired, the coffee was absolutely terrible. It was so strong and burnt tasting, I honestly thought that someone made it wrong and put 3 or 4 extra scoops by accident but the next morning it was the same thing. The saline pool was okay but lots of hair floating around in it and it left a weird sticky feeling on the skin after swimming. We stayed 3 nights and had a 4th one we booked but we ended up leaving a day early because not once was the staff able to help us with room service, making beds, giving us trash bags or clean towels after being asked. I have a family of 5 and they expected us to use 1 roll of toilet paper, one kitchen trash bag, 3 forks and spoons, 4 towels and one dishwasher tab for our whole stay?? No help from the front desk and when I tried to wash our clothes I was told I had to pay $3.50 in quarters for the washer and dryer but the detergent and dryer sheets I could put on the room account. Then within minutes of my washer going off, I come down to find everything missing and the front desk had it behind the counter in 6 tiny little clear trash bags! They knew what room I was in because I had just purchased soap. Why not call me?? The room behind us had teens in it that banged on the walls and yelled well past midnight. We left early because it wasn't the best experience. They have outdoor grills for guests to use which is nice but we didn't use them or the fire pit. Don't know that I'd stay in a Home 2 Suites again honestly.

Very nice stay. Lots of amenities.

Liked everything. The large room, the appliances, dishes and other supplies that were provided, the comfortable bed and the great free breakfast bar. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is our third visit. Everything is always perfect. I do our driving now, and when we got hungry in the evening you had a nice selection of food, snacks, ice cream in your snack area. This was very helpful in that I did not have to go out and drive in dark and unfamiliar areas. Plus your said this is open always.

The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. But we tried to get out of our last night due to bad weather that canceled our baseball games for the following day. they would not refund us our last night they said that the hotel was full. Which made no sense, if the hotel was full and I was checking out early then our room is now opened and we went online in the hotel was not full. We could book plenty of rooms so the reason they gave us for not refunding our unused night made no sense.
