Old and unkept
-
No issues. Excellent accommodations.

Checked in on July 12 and checked out July 17 before 7:30. I loved it there.
-
It was a nice property but way out of the way and very little parking for those pulling trailers Very little parking for pulling a trailer. Had to park far away

Nothing bad to say Loved our stay

The breakfast was excellent. I requested extra towels because I would be arriving late. I received a message confirming I would get extra towels. I did not get extra towels. I called and the front desk. She stated that I would need to go to the front desk to get towels. The refrigerator had hair in it when I arrived. The shower also had hair in it.

Great hotel! We enjoyed our stay for a family of 6.
-
Very nice room and breakfast. Parking wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible. If you get there late you have to park across a street that isn’t a bad walk from the lobby.
-
Very good. Better than expected. Bacon for breakfast.

Breakfast started too late for us.
-
The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Expensive but I did book the same day as stay. Parking was crowded. Very tight spaces.

This was by far the best selection and quality of a free breakfast in a hotel. Very impressed, and the staff was on hand to replenish and keep tidy. There was a large crowd of people eating at once, and we had ample seating and food for everyone.

The young lady that helped me check in was so sweet and helpful. We had issues finding a parking spot and she helped me fix it. The lady that was putting the breakfast together was a jam, too. Every staff person we encountered was nice.

We stayed a single night. The staff was very polite and absolutely excellent. But thats where it ends. The room was nice but the bathroom and tile needed a deep clean. Mold and grime in the shower. The air conditioner seemed to work here and there over the night and did not maintain a nice constant temp. It was either hot or a meat locker. The biggest issue was the bed and bedding. My wife and I were broken the next morning. The parking for a complex of three hotels all Hiltons was also hilariously bad and extremely tight. There was just no parking for the amount of rooms. We have to travel to Wichita Falls often. Will not be staying here again.

It was very clean and had a nice sized refrigerator and freezer. It was also quiet and had a great big window.
-
Awful customer service and communication.
