Courtyard by Marriott Wichita At Old Town

Great place to stay in downtown Wichita. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and nightlife fun. We stay here every time we have plans in downtown. Highly recommend!

The perfect location in Wichita.... straight across the street from the best sports bar around..... let me tell you, the staff here is 5 star.... stayed at four seasons and the star was not as personable, personal, and focused on service .... day time gal patiently wasted innumerable hours with incompetent Expedia.... then solved my stay without interference..... can't say good enough things

Nice place to stay. We had no issues.

Quite location in old time and with walking distance to many places. There was a hiccup at checkin. I think it was just poor staffing or attendance but fell on a concert night. We went across the street and had drinks and an early dinner while waiting. Other than that no problems.

Room was clean and spacious.

I didn't like being on the very bottom floor with no windows view of Witchita.

The tub was peeling everywhere but other than that the room was fine. Parking! If you are here on a weekend the very close bars/restaurants become clubs. Very busy area at night on a one way street. We had to park our car down the street because they don't have nearly enough parking for hotel guets only. So be prepared for that. Decent hotel for Decent price in a good area for a concert .

Awesome /nice place! Room was excellent and extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. Staff was great, especially the lady that checked me in. Very friendly and helpful, shared information about places to eat that were within walking distance. Parking was good. I chose the parking lot across the street instead of the street side parking. It was well lit so I felt like my vehicle would be safe and it was. I decided not to pay the extra charge for breakfast due to so many other places to eat that were close. All in all 10/10 and have already booked my next stay.

Every interaction with staff was exceptional, including the girl who checked us in after the fire department left, who was there when we arrived on her 3rd day of employment! Both Saturday and Sunday mornings were delightful when I went down to the lobby to get coffee! Mariah and her bistro partner (sorry, I did not catch her name) were incredibly wonderful! Loved the convenient parking. Only 2 inconveniences: ice, only on the 4th floor; our refrigerator was too small to hold our leftovers and food we brought for a family reunion the next day! Excellent experience!

We liked the overall layout of the place, awesome view, easy to check in and out. Cafeteria/breakfast staff was amazing and they represente the best of the hotel.

The location. That’s it. It was very dirty and not updated. The shower head was barely working, part of the ceiling was falling off. Stains on the bedding. Stains on the fabric behind the toilet. Gave us one towel for two people. Never came to clean the room.
