Last minute reservation through Expedia's website. There were no staff present upon arrival. When a staff member was eventually able to assist with check-in, the process was very rushed. The room smelled like cat urine and hadn't been deep cleaned in some time. The bathroom and sink were especially dirty. The AC unit was very noisy, but kept the room cool. Neighbors were up late into the night. Lots of late into the night movement, doors slamming, and disruptions. The walls are VERY thin. If the AC was not running, I could hear everything next door. Slept horribly. The next morning the toilet overflowed. I went downstairs to report the issue. Instead of sending someone, they knocked and left a plunger outside my door. This property is very run down, dirty and the staff are very unhelpful. The ratings on Expedia's website in no way accurately reflect the true condition of this property. I have found most of the ratings on Expedia are NOT reliable. This property is not worth a stay under any circumstances unless you are incredibly desperate for a room.

It was easy to get to and near a walmart Hotel is very dirty, floors felt sticky, hair in our bathtub and pee on the toilet when we checked in. People were living in the hotel and had their grill out while smoking weed and letting their kids run around in diapers or pajamas through the parking lot. The breakfast was granola bars .the warmers were never used no food ever put in them.

Good place with good breakfast.

There was no TV access in our room. We were told it was going to be fixed on the Saturday and it was not. We had a lot of down time in our visit and it was disappointing.
-
Microwave didn't work & staff wouldn't replace even though there were new ones in the workroom. Filthy bathroom vent fan. No elevator to the 2nd floor. Some breakfast items were left over from previous day & very poor selection.
-
Floors were not that clean. The continental breakfast was 98% carbs, no good selections for diabetics. Do not shower after 9 on a Sunday morning unless you prefer cold showers. There was one lamp between the beds that worked. No lighting for the desk area.

We had a clean room and quiet place
-
Smelled like marijuana when we walked in and no one was at the desk in the morning when we checked out
-
Clean, comfortable bed Needs updating
-
It was ok property needs work
-
Their was a hair on the pillows, the toilet did not flush well, the tv didn’t work properly, the ice machine was disgusting, there was only one hot breakfast item and the smell of marijuana was terrible

The beds were comfortable. Electrical tape on the shower head - water squirted everywhere not in the proper shower head position. Staff told me I didn’t have a reservation there even after I showed 2 forms of confirmation. It wasn’t until I showed them a text from a 316 area code number requesting my driver’s license and CC number did they “find” my reservation. The breakfast had run out of most foods by 6:30 am and there was no one servicing the area. There was broken glass in the parking spaces. The hotel changed their phone number but did not update their website or booking.com. Impossible to contact prior to stay. Hotel staff did not answer messages through booking.com website.

Smelly, TV didn't work , resulting in changing room and beds. First room was a queen bed 2nd room was 2 twin . First room had 0 hangers .

There’s a creepy abandon building adjacent to the motel, but what can you do.

Location was good. A/C worked. Toilet was fine. Sink area was decent. Fridge was operable. Beds were decent. Even though the room was listed as "Non Smoking", it reeked of smoke. TV did not work with remote or buttons on the set itself. Shower was difficult to keep on--kept wanting to revert to faucet. Water pressure was awful. Tub was slippery--no slip protection. Shower curtain didn't extend fully from end to end due to broken bracket. Had to ask for a hair dryer at front desk. Breakfast was over before we got there. 9am seems a bit early to stop breakfast. We've been to hotels that usually keep it out until 10.

This is a good value if you want to save money. It is what you expect for the price. They do not have in room coffee, and one day I had to wait about 20 minutes while they made more. First world problems, I know. The breakfast consists of biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, granola bars, bread (toast) and peanut butter and jelly, apples, yogurt, muffins, apple juice, and sunny delight. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

For a weekend stay for out of towners it wasn't a bad hotel. Easy to get to and they had plenty of parking. It is an older hotel so looks run down but wasn't bad. For a free breakfast they had good options for a quick bite. Pretty quite as well for how booked they were. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Parking lot has issues but it's also next to s gas station but not horrible. No issues with my car overnight or people being loud while trying to sleep.
