Everything was nice

No electric kettle, coffee /tea in the room

The location of the hotel is wonderful, in the old town and near the salt mines. The service was pleasant, the bedding and towels were clean and fragrant. The breakfast provided at the hotel was modest, but sufficient and the whole family enjoyed it. We are satisfied with our visit to the hotel. One extra bed was quite hard to sleep on. An additional soft mattress pad would solve the problem.

Superb clean room, shower. Excellent location (next to the Salt Mine). Good breakfast: fried eggs, souages, vegetables, cheeses, yogurts, etc. Excellent coffee (blak or latte on demand). Sound isolation is not good enough, I could hear other guests walking in the corridor, entering their room.

Location was good, breakfast was good. I Accidentally broke (it cracked) the lid of the toilet while cleaning the teeth of the kid, I told about it to reception, so older stuff lady was so bad, started to explain me about how I do not know how to sit on the toilet (???‍♀️) and so on. Well, I do know this kind of things, and I was cleaning teeth for my kid, the same as I do at home, and none of the lids are broken. None! Of course, as everything is made on budget things, probably you can not expect smth else. But as a client I was right, I told about ir to reception, I agree with payment and paid it (actually stupid amount of the money, knowing the prices in Poland you can buy 10 pieces of them!) and I received frowned face of some old woman. So I did not like this.

Fabulous breakfast , served with smile . Great location as we attended New Years's Party at Salt Mine in Wieliczka and it was a walking distance to it . Unfortunately we got rooms with no heat , and was so cold on December 31/2024. We were transferred to 2 other rooms later on and the rooms were so much better and warmer . Hotel is 3 star and no much there to be impresses but food was very good as they have their own kitchen and restaurant on the main floor and everyone was very pleasant . smiling staff , good food and location.

Breakfast was good even serve capucchino. Location to the salt mine excellent less than 5 minutes. Beds are single beds and original room was cold but got changed to warmer rooms inside without balcony.

Continental style breakfast - pretty good, plenty of food for almost every taste - from scrambled eggs and sausages to pancakes and musli/flakes. The room was pretty small and the view out the window was to some shrubs across a 4m wide access road. The beds and pillows were comfy though, and air conditioning was working, so in general not bad at all.

Very good location, nice breakfast with very good coffee, nice and helpful staff at the reception and breakfast area. Very strong smell of cleaning products in the room, intense buzzing sound in the room during the night which you can hear through the walls.

Great location if you want to visit the salt mine. But also quite nicely furnished room with enough space and well-functioning shower. Staff is polite and kind, you can even get a draft beer at the reception. Free parking space and reasonably rich breakfast round up a good experience. I guess there’s a good reason, but having three single beds in a room is a bit strange. Layout 2+1 would be more likeable by couples or families. The pillow could be stifter.

Excellent location-just few hundred meters from salt mines. Also very good breakfast and kind people work there.

Perfect place if you are visiting Velichka salt mine! Water extremely hot and room a bit too dark.
