The room was comfortable, the bed was great, and the breakfast was delicious. It was quiet and cozy, and the staff were very friendly. Everything was good.

Overall the hotel rooms are fine, breakfast good (IF it would be provided, as agreed, see below) As I had two nights stay with breakfast included, due to early departure (before regular breakfast time) it was agreed that at my check out day early in the morning - some basic lunchbox will be prepared. Request was filed in writing, accepted by the staff at reception, then in the evening before my departure early next morning - reception was reminded not to forget the the lunchbox and hotel staff confirmed to me not to worry, no need to buy any snacks by myself. However, then at 4 am in the morning - nothing was prepared, no lunchbox, no options to buy anything elsewhere at that time.

The spa, breakfast and location were all amazing. Nothing

I like friendly and helpful reception staff, they did their job perfectly fine! Large and cozy room. Also breakfast been tasty, with nice local food.

the textile free policy in the spa area. I did not feel comfortable to enjoy the facilities especially because of the lounge area inside the spa (right across the jacuzzi) that made people to hang out there and watch the others. So I ended up using only the dry sauna.

The hotel staff was very friendly en for sure pet lovers. The dog was welcome even under the table in the restaurant which was great. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is a very good alternative for Krakow overpriced hotels. The restaurant provided excellent food for reasonable prices. More then enough convenient parking spots next to the hotel. A bit polluted and busy streets around the hotel, although you will not hear in inside the hotel as it is sound-proof.

Very nice personal, good location (near train station to Krakow), good breakfast and they have restaurant and Spa too. Price/value 10 points. What could be better near Krakow?! Everything was great

Modern and clean - the check in at reception was excellent. The staff member there was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. The service in the restaurant and bar was lacking, as was the availability of items on the limited menu. Draft beer was also not available. The hotel approach is via a supermarket car park and the hotel is bound on both sides by derelict buildings, albeit one is undergoing renovation.

The lady at the wellness center (Daria) who works in the sauna was very intrusive and picky. She was always picky and gave unnecessary instructions. After one time we didn't even want to go there anymore. I wouldn't recommend anyone to spend time in this wellness center.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking.

I chose this hotel due to proximity of my customer visit. Good connection to A4 motorway. Not too far from Balice airport. The hotel is really nice though. Large, spacious rooms. Lots of spaces to park. Walking distance to Wieliczka Salt Mine.

Very nice wellness area. unfortunately dusty carpets in room, windows locked, air circulation not sufficient A lot of Guests did not folow the rules in wellness ( disturbing speaches, hygiene rules ) and staff did not react on it.
