Breakfast very good with good choice and tasty. The only thing is that the room was facing the street but that was not a major issue as the traffic wasn't too heavy.

The rooms were great!!! Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful!!! The breakfast was also great!!! Eggs, bacon, sausage and other great things!!! Parking was tough but not a huge deal and it was free

Overall, a positive experience. Breakfast was good. If you plan to visit the salt mines, they’re within walking distance of the hotel.

The room was very clear, bad comfortable and good breakfast. The ladies from the reception very friendly and helpful. Thank you. The smell when I entered into room. A bit smell of bathroom and pls change your coffee machine. The hotel deserve for good quality morning coffee.

Bad wi-fi

The breakfast was great. I enjoyed the air conditioning. My specific balcony was almost bigger than my room. They allowed me to park there before check-in while I took a tour of the Salt Mine. There was no reception. I got a sms with a code but didn't know that there are two different side doors to get in. The door that I was at, the code didn't work because I was at the wrong one. There was no one to ask for help. It would help if they had a sign on the front door that rooms 1-9 are to the left side door and rooms 10-18 are to the right side door.

All was ok - clean room, bathroom, fridge and kettle, small balcony, very good breakfast, free parking place, silent street. We stayed just one night, but if I have some possibilty, I will be back. Near to Krakow. Nothing

When we visited (15-16 apr 2025) the restoran was closed. When called to the number given in booking we got really good recomendation to a place nearby (10min walk) that offered tasty and huge plates of meat dishes. As for the hotel room, it was clean, comfirtable and seemed to be recently renovated. Huge plus is that room had enough power outlets and one even for usb connection. Breakfast was ok too.

The staff was very friendly. I arrived an hour before check in and they kindly allowed me to the room already. Parking was right in front of the door and the hotel was conveniently close to the salt mine, to reach it by car in 5mins. Everything was newly renovated and Access with the PIN code very easy. Will stay there again, should I visit Wieliczka again

Great place to stay, stayed there for second time. Rooms are refurbished now and look’s better than expected! Very nice little hotel to stay at , will definitely come back!

The free breakfast was good. The rooms are very outdated, photos are quite photoshopped. Weird smell in the room, it’s very dark, the lamp gives little light. The radiators were not working, so the bathroom was cold, there was a weird electric heater in the room but that wasn’t enough. There are no window blinds, just curtains. However we were unable to close the curtains as one was half hanging and the other one was folded in the wardrobe…. The ceiling is so high that without the ladder we were unable to reach it. The note in the hotel says the reception is open till 22, yet everything was closed when we arrived. As mentioned many times before, the parking is limited and last arriving guests will block the other ones. Even the toiletries were not full, out of 2 shampoo’s, 1 was half empty
