Hotel staff, cleanliness, and breakfast were all great! The room was very nice, just a bit small to maneuver our luggage around in. There is limited parking for free in front of the hotel and it seemed like a lot of large work vans park there in addition to hotel guests. Location was a bit far from a tram stop.

We got room, which wasn't cleaned. After 1 hour we finally got into the room. A lot of confusions during verifying the order on reception.

Great positioning, very comfortable beds, restaurants near by, underground parking, self check inn, the billa box in the outside parking where you can buy food and drinks The pillows were very uncomfortable. The steps for the stairs to the upper bed are uncomfortable even for children's feet.
