We loved our stay here! Very clean, spacious and lovely fews of the ocean! Its located on a quiet street. Our gas stove wasnt working and one of the ladies came right away to help us!

Phenomenal view of the ocean, stunningly clean and modern spacious facilities. Everything felt brand new. Spectacular beach right in front of the property. Very special place. Nothing to not like, did hear neighbors with music a bit high, deter from hearing the waves, but thankfully wasn't the whole time.

A pleasant stay in a superb location. The housekeeper met us on arrival, and what a lovely friendly lady indeed :-) The view from the apartment (upper level) was as advertised. We had a front row view to the spectacular ocean. A stunning bathroom and super comfy bed. I highly recommend this apartment.

The corridor to the parking are narrow. Difficult to make the car out, easy to crash the car onto the wall edge, I end up park the car outside but the street still safe.

Tsitsi's willingness to assist and ensure we're comfortable. The pictures on the site give the impression that all bedrooms have a sea view. Maybe indicate the rooms on the booking site with the numbers you use then the guests know exactly which room they've booked and what it looks like. We thought we've reserved a unit with a sea view from the bedroom and upon arrival was told that we're going into a ground floor unit, still a sea view but from the kitchen and living room area. Not what we had in mind. Luckily Tsitsi was able to arrange some changes otherwise we would have cancelled our stay as we felt your advertising/pictures is misleading. Building/construction next door (by White Sands owners). We feel it's the responsibility of the facility to inform guests that there's construction going on next door and that it might be noisy. We were on holiday and expected some peace and quiet most of the times, that's the main reason we've picked White Sands after all... We've accepted the noise on the Thursday, Friday and even the drilling on the Saturday morning that started early. Went on a drive to get away from it but really had enough when they were still busy drilling @ 16h00. What made it worse was that the owner (of White Sands) who's expanding/building the property next door was aware of it and not bothered about us as paying guests on whether it bothered us or not. We get it that the construction needs to get done but then 1) inform your guests about it and 2) keep it to working hours. They only stopped after we had to complain 2x and threaten to stop the drilling ourselves that we could have peace and quiet.

Location The fact that there was no hot water when during loadshedding

While it is across the street from the beach, it is a very unbusy road. It is a nice distance outside of Wilderness. Still a few minutes drive, but feels quite remote. The beach and bluffs are amazing. It would have been nicer to be on the second floor.

Suggest including the unit numbers when booking. Thought we had booked an upstairs unit, however this was not the case and had to rectify.

Safe. Secure. close to the beach and excellent view!

The area is very quite (what we wanted for our stay); beach is beautiful for walks, sea water wonderful. Safe in the area, beautiful view Nothing not to like, only one small thing, the gas tanks for the gas braais should also be checked before visitors check in, ours was so to say empty when we started to use it, we ended up with half done meat, other than that, a beautiful and tranquil place
