Pas très propre cuisine non fonctionnel rond de poêle qui chauffe à peine pas dustensil de cuisine javais tout apporté par chance mais piscine correcte ont va pas la pour la chambre mais pour le soleil la chaleur qu’ont a pas au Québec

Told them I'd be checking in late, made me do deposit before i arrived which is fine,but then room wasnt ready when i arrived at 8pm. Took an hr to be ready. They said they would talk to me about a partial refund..never brought it up again.

Location was good. Check and and check out were easy The pool was not clean and the beds were not comfortable. Stayed only one night and everyone felt like their bodies were sore after sleeping in the beds.

The lobby was unkept, the hotel was unkept and they don’t offer refunds. There was clear water damage on the ceiling, the blind was broken in the bathroom and the blinds in the main room offered no privacy. Lawn chairs were used inside the room, and the beds looked dirty and were uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty, and they told us that a 24 hour notice is required for room service. Considering how much it cost for 3 nights, I’m incredibly upset. Did not stay in the hotel and booked elsewherey at the last minute. Would not recommend and telling friends and family to stay away.

I like the location The bed are hard not comfortable to sleep, the floor are dirty too much sand and the aircondition is noisy.

El cuarto limpio y ordenado, en las mañanas siempre habia café en el lobby, me gusto mucho la piscina y la facilidad de acceder a la playa, hay mucho comercio cerca buena ubicación ,

Location. Everything. The girl who is sometimes at the front desk (no one is ever there you have to call a number for things at all times of the day). Toss your key in a bucket at check out at 11am because again now one is there. Grill was also hogged up by management cooking and the gas is slow and it takes forever to just heat up let alone cook. Electric burners in room doesn’t work. Some ppl have full fridges and some don’t even though website states it.

location is great close to beach the room was poor quality the couch was broken and we could not it on it... no utensils in draws

The place was clean however there were people smoking everywhere outside and the walls were very thin. At 4:00AM someone had their crying baby directly outside of our door / window and it was extremely loud. We also heard parents screaming at their children during the day which was upsetting to hear, especially when you’re trying to relax on vacation. It was close to the beach and clean, those were the only good things about this property. I won’t be staying here ever again

Room was dirty, sheets had stains and had to ask for new ones, tile floor felt greasy when you walked on it in the little kitchen part of the room, the laminate floor doesn't look like it was cleaned properly and barely swept, the chairs for the table were plastic lawn chairs, the only table space was the two person table that had the TV on it, the drawers on the dressers were broken, the kitchenette was older than me ( I'm 39), the beds were hard, the only place to hang anything was on metal shelf rails that were extremely dirty (used lysol wipe to wipe them down and they came back black with dirt), the AC unit was right next to the kitchenette so you would have cold air blowing on you while cooking, had to give them a day in advance heads up if you wanted the room/sheets cleaned
