The hotel was definitely overpriced for the quality of the room. The beach was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was also good, but overall, I don’t feel the experience matched the price we paid. For the cost, I expected the room and overall quality to be much better.

The beach is very close & calm for the children. You should add more ramps in the back for the pulling cars from the beach.

I enjoyed my day very much. The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean. The people that clean them were unbelievable the way they cleaned and took care of the place and how friendly they were. I actually watched them cleaning the doors which I have never seen before and I couldn’t be more all the way to the people on the beach that assist you with the umbrellas and the beach chairs and the friendliness and the nice atmosphere. Also the driver that takes you up and back amazing I cannot say enough about this place in the way it’s run. Pool was nice although I didn’t stay there. I prefer the beach quick dip. I’m good. My kids enjoyed the pool bar and the lava drinks. I will be back next year.

I love the staff and love that they put out umbrellas and chairs for people. they could be cleaner, but towels overtop fix that and they are so nice about setting them up that it doesn't matter to me. better signage on how to get to the pool.

The room was mostly clean and the location was great. The people who work at the Icona are great. They are extremely friendly and accomodating. The bathroom was falling apart a bit and didn't seem completely clean.

Only downside for me was the size of our bedroom and bathroom. Could be bigger especially considering the price of the Premium double suit but I guess there's not much that can be done about that.
