Clean room, great beach view, and local to nearby Wildwood boardwalk

Rooms had some leaks which made for a musty smell. Parking was incredibly tight. Towers should’ve been labeled better for check in as we didn’t know where to go

The room was nice and clean, staff was great. The amenities were great and so was the beach. Only a mile to the boardwalk, bike rental right outside resort and parks. Overall a very nice area.

Rooms need to be cleaned better. Hotel has everything a family needs. If it was cleaner would of been great

I had an enjoyable stay at the Madison Resort. It was the perfect get away from NYC. I loved the ease of valet parking and the prompt response from valet service. Shout out to Damone for always being helpful and friendly. They did offer shuttle services to Cape May and Wildwood creek which was a great perk. Spending time around the firepits were a great way to great way to end the night. My only con was the pull out couch. It was extremely uncomfortable. You can feel like springs and there was no support. The sheets were also not comfortable to sleep with. It had a towel like texture which was rough on the skin. Being that I only spent 2 nights I didn’t ask for alternative options. Overall, I would return again.

The limo/shuttle driver Rick was fabulous. Air conditioner was flaky and the vent blew right on the bed…. Very uncomfortable. We may have gotten a room on the “outer perimeters” and may have been a room of last resort. We booked last minute. Not sure what the other rooms looked like. The safe wasn’t working and the elevator was very dirty.

There are 2 towers, we did not stay at the newest one. The check in line was very long, we waited almost an hour. The check in staff seemed annoyed every time we asked a question. The room was not like they show in the pictures. The place is run down and for what they charged us I was expecting something a little better. To be fair we were able to peek at a room at the newer tower (ocean tower) and it looked much better than what we got. I want to think we got one of the worst rooms with dirty doors and noisy bathroom light. The bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. At least the beds were comfortable but thats all.

We stayed for one night and we really enjoyed it so much everything, our room , pool area and the beach..I have no complaints ..

During our two-night stay, the pool was closed for an entire day due to an accident. I understand that safety comes first, but losing a full pool day during a short birthday trip was extremely disappointing. I was also disappointed to learn that the Cape May/Wildwood shuttle requires reservations and can have waits of an hour or more—something I don’t feel was clearly communicated when booking. Customer service was probably the biggest issue. I called for days before my stay trying to confirm my reservation and never received a response, and throughout the stay, staff often seemed unsure of basic information. I emailed the resort after my stay to give them an opportunity to address my concerns and never received a response. Overall, I felt the resort relied heavily on its location and online presentation, but the actual experience did not live up to what was advertised. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a special birthday getaway was a very disappointing experience.

Everything was great! Very clean and the amenities were wonderful . One thing I would change is the mattress on the sofa bad was very thin and you could feel the springs when you laid down

Room was not clean, sandy when we arrived, fridge was warm. Took a day and a half to chill drinks. No shower curtain in room. I can’t knock them for this but the room wasn’t ready until exactly 4:00. Parking was terrible. Not enough spots for everyone. We were in the Royal Tower (old tower). They had DJ at the other pool. Very loud. We went with another family who paid $50 for early checkin but their room still was not ready until 4:00. They sat in the parking lot from 1-4 waiting for a parking spot. Staff was very polite.

Loved the having the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels provided and set up by the staff.

Great location, clean, good size rooms, pool was super clean, all round excellent place to stay. Would stay again. Nothing.
