The location is perfect, and the front office staff was really nice. The only negative thing I have to say is that there were a lot of stains on the bed sheets and quilt.

It was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. You couldn’t get any closer to the boardwalk.

I liked the proximity to the boardwalk Parking. I wanted to check out at 8am. No one was in the office. It took 6 phone calls for someone to the answer the phone and then I had to wait several minutes for someone to get to the office and remove cars so I could leave. Not a good experience with that at all.

The Hotel location was very good and the closest to the Boardwalk it can be. The room location was also great, on the top floor and tunred away to the center of the block, which was good, because it reduces noises from the main street or the hotel corridors. It was clean, the bed was comfy, and no weird smells around. It looked outdated, but it was well maintained. The AC was strong but a little bit louder (old models). Something very good is that they have a toilet and shower to take sand off on the ground parking area. It was perfect to avoid having to go upstairs in our room with beach sands on or in case of just a quick relief. The hotel is a mix and merge of different other similar hotels, that they might have acquired along the years, or made a partnership for a centralized admin office. I didn't like much the overall disregard with some simple things they could have changed to make their guests stays easier. For example, the Room's IDs. I was given a room number and letter, but I was told to be careful because there were different rooms using the same number and letter, however it ws a capital letter. So, instead of 2A, my room was 2a. Why??? It's not the matter they run out of letters. The lastest used I guess was G or H. There were not some many rooms per floor. They could have used up to X, Y, Z instead of using lower case and upper case letters to differ their rooms. It felt like laziness. The room size: Our room was very squeezed for 2 queen beds. We could barely walk along the room. Although it's a good thing they have that shower and toilet in the ground floor for guests, unfortunately, we noticed various non-guests people using it very often as well and leaving it very dirty or with no regards to basic higyene habits. I whish they could somehow control that access better (instead of not having it available). The rooftop swimming pool could have been a way better feature for them. It's currently an unexplored underseen opportunity of a big spot right there.

The roof top deck overlooking the boardwalk with a pool. We spent a significant amount of our time on the deck watching the people and events on the boardwalk and watching the ocean and swimming. We don’t really have any complaints.
