room was very clean and staff was very nice

Clean room, parking lot close to everything. Just park your car at the motel and walk everything is close by.

Very close to the boardwalk and very helpful staff, what I don’t like is the lampshade, it goes on and off even though it’s not touch or you don’t turn it on,

Pryia behind the desk, was extremely kind and helpful!

Never had an issue from checking in to check out. Always were willing to supply my family with extra towels and sheets. The property outside the room, I was on ground floor with pool, was always kept clean from sand, trash, and whatever else. Very close to the beach, walked back-and-forth multiple times during the day on our week long stay. The AC in the room was perfect and cold to the point you needed blankets, which I love. We had the kitchenette with the full fridge, which worked out in our favor. Definitely plan to stay here again next year.

Dirty Dirty , smell

I didn't pay too much for the room, so I wasn't expecting much different. Overall it was ok but I wouldn't stay again no matter what the price.

The staff was very rude and dismissive. The room was dirty especially in between the night stand and the ring of rust around the shower drain. There was an infestation of ants. The room clearly had mold. Every time the air conditioning was turned off the air felt moist. Overall I would never stay here again!

Easy packing, AC worked... it was good for one/two nights

It was close to the boardwalk (3 minute walk). The closest Wawa was a 15 minute walk. N/a

Clean. Friendly staff. The room was very clean and cool

The amenities don’t have a well maintained, dirty and abandoned. The check out is too early at 10am for a junior suite for 8 people with only one bathroom.

Location. The room wasn’t clean, and the pillows were only half pillows it was so weird. I had stayed here 4 years in a row prior to this stay, i believe it switched ownership it just wasn’t the same at all. Staff wasn’t as friendly, they nickel and dimed on everything. Booked a different place for next year won’t be back

Very clean and close to the beach. Staff was responsive to needs. Did not love that bathroom was right by the kitchen and the bathroom door got stuck with kitchen cabinets when opening. Parking was also rough since cars blocked at times.

People were outside our room having conversations while we tried to sleep. Air conditioner was loud and beds were uncomfortable.

The air conditioner is old and noisy. There were not toilet paper or comforters despite they telling it was there. The noise was unbearable at night. In another note the lady at the front office is very nice and attentive. Good location for the boardwalk.

Loved the closeness to everything. Was sad we didn’t have balcony access.

Con: The rooms were not very clean and the place is very old and run down. I would probably not rent here again.

Disappointing
