The staff was absolutely amazing , professional and accommodating.

This is definitely a party hotel. It’s loud and lots of alcohol consumption. But we loved it. Music by the pool with a full bar was a perfect afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness is a bit lacking, after the housekeeper cleaned the room the bed wasn’t made fully and the sheets were not changed. Also the lighting in the rooms is horrible. One small lamp in the bedroom and only one side of the bed had a nightstand/table. The outlets next to the nightstand is controlled by the switch so if you turn the light off, you lose your cell phone charger. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and boardwalk. The in hotel restaurant food was excellent. If you choose to take the stairs, they are practical but definitely not pretty. They need a power wash and paint job. Definitely don’t use them barefoot if you’re going to the pool. The hot tubs are old, outdated, and show a lot of wear that makes you question their cleanliness. Overall, we can’t wait to come back. We had a great time.

The hotel was exceptional. It didn’t only cater to my grandchildren but to me and my son as well. It very rare that there is something for three generations to do and to enjoy themselves doing it

It was truly beautiful. The weather, the spot where we were staying at access to go to different things. About 4 steps or more to the boardwalk, met beautiful people, there, wonderful experience.

But the staff was mixed. Some were great while others you didnt see for a long time. Im on vacation that is very expensive so I dont want to wait a half ho pay the bill. Many times it was

Very dirty and and outdated. Our room seamed dirty as soon as we checked in. Most of the staff were rude when we would simply ask for extra towels or a roll of toilet paper when we couldnt wait for housekeeping. 1 person at the front desk was nice. Having one elevator made it hard to get in and out quickly when we needed to for check out. One hot tub was working which was good. We loved how close the location was to the boardwalk

Los pasillos son pequeños por lo que todo el ruido externo entra a tu habitación. Nuestra habitación era una suite, amplia, limpia, de eso no hay quejas.

Is near to the beach ,clean , good price every vacation I stay there

I loved the restaurant! The outside pool with DJ was awesome! The indoor pool was very nice. Hot tubs, happy hour specials everyday! Food was reasonably priced. Beds were extremely comfortable. I wanted to take it home! CLEAN!!! No coffee pots in room. No blow dryer in room.

Location, spacious Not sound proof, the neighbor was loud through midnight. Music by the pool was loud that the whole motel side could hear clearly.

The outside and lobby look great. The rooms however feel dark and cramped. Our bedside light didn’t work at all. The walls are thin and you can hear all of the other families. The smell of pot never dissipates even on the smoke free resort. Speaking of which having the smoking area directly in front of one of the lobby entrances was disgusting. I would have thought the staff was fine but the woman checking me in literally said “yeah just listen to what he said” pointing to the man checking in another guest and doing a spectacular job. A shame I missed his explanation and wasn’t given further explanation from the woman checking me in.

This was a great place to stay everyone was very nice here the property was kept very clean

PLEASE READ!!!!! I have NEVER left a bad review!! This hotel was terrible!! Our room was infested with gnats, flies and mosquitoes. I complained to Michael , the manager. They came and cleaned for 45 minutes admitting it was terrible. All the bugs were back 10 minutes later. I asked for a refund, even partial, and the management responded NO. I am shocked at their lack of taking responsibility. They also advertised their hotel is 625 feet from the boardwalk and beach. My friend is handicapped and that’s why we chose the Bolero. It is NOT 625 feet it’s three quarters of a mile to the boardwalk/beach. To sum it up, my friend and I saved our money to enjoy out first time in Wildwood and it was ruined!

It was a great area, very clean, staff was very nice. I did not like how long the elevator took, and how crowded it was.
