I love it nice for the kids

How kind the staff was and clean the room was. The bathroom was very modern and the little kitchen did its job. Overall the value was incredible. Also told the staff it was our anniversary and they put our towels in heart shapes. Thank you! We probably got the worst/best parking spot there but nothing we could do about it. Tight fit but right in front of our room.

Location is great. Price was good WiFi didn’t work and cell service was spotty. Bathroom needs updated and shower was dirty

Nothing Dated/old, disgusting rooms, odd location, odd parking situation, toilet leaking and not working properly in the middle of the night. The bathroom had crusty peeling paint and smelled like mildew. Moldy shower curtain. Not enough towels provided. Overpriced.

Extremely close to beach and boardwalk. The house is great to stay in!

The soft spots on the balcony...the room smelled musty...the bathroom smelt like pee...the ice maker door was always being slammed...there were alot of teenagers there...but it wasn't that bad for the price..we had room 104

The beds were so comfortable and it was clean ! I did like the option to pay for a later check out The rooms were a little small and had a very small pathway to the bathroom. The pool was a little small !

Nice location , great updates this year Needs new air conditioner in living areas , cooler outside then inside

I liked the pool and the beach being close to our hotel and that next year we will come back The WiFi didn’t work we had to use hot stop

The stay was pleasant. The location made the price worth it and the beds were comfortable. However it was definitely an aged budget motel. The pool was a little cloudy and it was hard to ever find someone at the front desk to get towels or supplies for the room when needed. The front door to the desk was always locked. It took 10 minutes to get a staff member for check in due to not one being up front. They also had a sign that any dishes used in the kitchenette was our responsibility to wash (ehish was not a problem), however they didnt provide dish soap to do so I had to track down a staff member to ask

Size of room was good, very clean. Quality of beds and pillows. Wood Floor was hard to keep sand off. Maybe a broom in the rooms would help.

Very good value, with a friendly staff (especially the older woman who cleans the rooms.) Smaller pool, but plenty of seats around it. Location is literally across the street from the beginning of the boardwalk. There is also a nice corner store down the street. Contrary to the website, there is no grill outside. We packed food that couldn’t be cooked with what the kitchen offers. The kitchen was also lacking (no drinking glasses, not enough utensils.) We prefer to eat in so having the ability to make our own meals is important, especially when away for a number of days.

We didn’t stay there It was very dirty

Like that it was not to far to walk to the beach. Like that it had a kitchen net. Like that it had a pool, even though we couldn't get in because of the weather ( cold wind). The bed was comfortable to sleep on, but the pillows could of have been softer and puffy ( not flat and small). I would stay there again. The pillows was flat and small.

The closeness to the beach and boardwalk. The pool was great. The AC worked well although it needed cleaning which we did. We were able to prepare our food in the kitchenette. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in anywhere including our own house. We went out and bought the same mattress as soon as we got home. We usually stayed a few blocks away where my son and his family stay but so glad we got this one instead. The wooden chairs were noisy when moved across the floors both in our room and above us. We put felt bottoms on ours for some relief. The door on the microwave needs to be fixed. Parking is not great but isn't much better at the other places either.

Location to the boardwalk and beach was perfect. Our room wasn’t cleaned once during the five day stay. We had to ask several times for basic items such as towels and toilet paper. Kitchen had three spoons and no forks or knives. Fridge was a mini-fridge. There were ants in the kitchen area.
