The sink is too high and inconvenient to use. The check-in time is too late. The sheet had sand on it, which was very unpleasant. The facility was generally too dirty, especially the public bathroom on the first floor. The front desk staff were also not very welcoming. Overall, the cleanliness and customer service need significant improvement.

Perfect spot for a 2 day stay!

I loved that the staff was very helpful and friendly it was very close to boardwalk and the beach I did not like that they did not have fitted sheets for the beds

The rooms we have stayed in are very clean and the decor is nice. Air conditioning works well. There is always someone at the front desk and they are always friendly.Parking isn’t the best some of the spots you get blocked in so you have to leave your keys at the desk. They are on top of the parking so it’s only a minor inconvenience. I have enjoyed my stay each time we have been there. I would recommend it.

Last day of checking out ( stayed 2 nights) I found a live roach on its back trying to turn back around. Killed it and brought it again to the manager. What I got was a blank face like they’ve never seen it and then the actual manager said he would call the “manager” and tell them. And that was it. Vents were dirty, sheets with stains, dust and hair under the chair. It’s close to the beach and that’s about it.

I had a wonderful stay at Waves Hotel in Wildwood! The staff was absolutely amazing and went out of their way to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, which is always a huge plus, and the room was exactly what we needed. It was cool, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with exceptional customer service, I definitely recommend Waves Hotel. We can’t wait to come back!

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Overall was a great stay. Only thing I could nitpick was the elevator smelled the first day and rooms were a little tight.

I loved how close this location was to the beach too super short blocks and you had beach and Boardwalk access direct. Parking on site is always incredibly convenient as well. There were some features to the room that I would’ve liked to see considered considering it is a beach town. I would’ve loved to see more options for hanging or drying items. The air conditioner on the third floor left a little bit to be desired as well. It wasn’t very powerful and cooling.
