For one night it was ok. I can see they try and up keep the main lobby and rooms a bit but its still a bit damp beach smell and feel

Very bad experience the place needs a lot of maintenance electrical outlets very old needs upgrades , everything was dirty , the sheet have stains ,wildwood Inn needs a renovation !!!

Room was small and cramped. Big gaps in the door & no blind in the window where the AC was, so the room was bright all night long. As well couldn't sit outside because the AC units dripped down all over our room.

The walls in the room were dirty The door to the room did not seal properly. You could see the outside shining in you had to push the door to lock the door when you went inside the air conditioner had a smell to it like a musty smell. It was clean. I used to be a chamber made in Wildwood and small hotel. It did not meet my standards. I was not happy again about them fixing the TV. They told me it would be a half hour they forgot I went back down there and they forgot again and it wasn’t until 5 o’clock that they finally came up and fixed it and all it was it was an adjustment that they did with the settings that I didn’t know how to do. The picture that they show on the website is not what it looks like when you get there I lived in Wildwood for many years. In fact, I went to school right across the street from where I was staying. I need some adjustments. The pool had Hair floating in it. It was cloudy. I can understand why it was on the cheaper side.o

Great place to stay with kids

Enjoyed our stay. Front desk was helpful and friendly and room was clean and cold. Slept well!

Staff was excellent the whole trip. Parking situation was more than accommodating and we had a great room. Would totally stay there again!

The first room we checked into was not cleaned so I had to return to the front desk. We were given another room. The room was tidy but the floors were not clean and the room was very small. The pictures online are very deceiving. We went down to the pool and the water was not swim ready. You could not see to the bottom and definitely needed a good cleaning.

I didn’t like the fact the you have to tell them you need housekeeping they don’t clean every day

Room 208 was not the best room we've stayed in... Very small room, the floors were wavy (uneven), no vanity or counter in bathroom for toiletries. The worst night sleep ever with an AC in window unit that is in need of replacing! High pitched whining (most likely a bearing), and just overall loud. No relief from an 80 plus degree day and 100% humidity!

The room we booked supposedly sleeps 8. Yes, 8 people can lay on the beds but there is no room for those 8 people to do anything else but stand in the room. Not a single chair or table in there. They never explained the parking situation, just "put this in your window and youll be good". Apparently, at this place if you park in the white lines on the street you still have to pay. Its only when you park on the yellow lines indicating no parking that its actually okay to park there. This resulted in a $55 parking ticket that they refused to reimburse me for. Finally, the hallway smelled like cigarettes.

The location.

I walked in and walked out. It is a bedroom behind a locked door. I was traveling with my toddler. I unfortunately didn’t hit the payment protection and still walked right out. $450 hit. I would not recommend or ever book again. The floors all had hills in them. It was a cold truly dark feeling.

The first person said we couldn’t check in until 3pm it was 1:30pm. The room was outside and upstairs that were not well secured. The Room was the worst I have ever stayed in. Smallest room ever, not a king bed but a Queen. No amenities, no hair dryer, toilet paper holder broken, the window unit air conditioner smelled of a locker room and filter had not been changed. The door frames to the room and bathroom were not clean. The floor was uneven. No housekeeping for the 2 nights that we were there. And no reference to when we could have service. We wore shoes in the shower for fear of getting some form of a germ. The common space with a pool table was not air conditioned and this is where they had a non functioning ice machine on one wall and one that as working next to a residential microwave. No monies or investments in this property. If I hadn’t paid for the stay I would have left. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Never again at this place. No one should stay here

Didn’t like the overall look. The website showed pictures that looked more updated than in person. The sofa was dirty. The bathroom wasn’t clean looking. Windows didn’t lock. No air conditioning in living room. Overall, the price was extremely high for 2 nights at $1490.00. Very disappointing to pay that much for a place that needed an upgrade throughout.
