Quality Inn Wilkes-Barre near Arena

Good place to stay overnight.

Clean , breakfast was great, stuff were super helpful! Love it

Clean room but a little bit of an older hotel. Basic breakfast with no cooked options, outside of waffles. Didn’t feel like it was in a particularly safe area, either. Redeeming qualities were friendly staff and the fact that we were travelling with pets and we were well accommodated.

Lit vraiment inconfortable . Salle de bain désuète plancher mouillé a notre arrivée frigo avait dégeler. Déjeuner vraiement pauvre pas de choix.

I have stayed here before. The front desk people are very nice. The room is large, and the bed and pillows are comfortable.

Propre et bien situé . Rien a dire

We have been staying at this building since it was Econolodge and I got to tell you the overall everything has gone downhill! Every time we come down is always another little disappointment. And the continental breakfast lacks.

Used to love staying at Quality Inn locations. After this I will be a little more choosy I think.

My family went to this hotel and we found a lot of issues with the establishment overall. When checking in, if you have a Canadian address, they put your address as a random American address saying their system doesn’t accept the change. The front desk didn’t pick up the phone. And the next day when calling again to ask for extra towels for my kids, the desk told me to come down and get them. The rooms bathroom door would not close as the knob was broken and the shower seemed to have small mold on the roof. The one upside were that the beds were comfortable. It may seem like a lot of small complains but for paying $210 CAD there should be a level of service that we unfortunately did not find. The staff were pleasant, I wish the location was as nice as they were.

Staff was pleasant and helpfull. Room. Was clean and comfortable.

Staff was quick to move us when we found our initially-assigned two rooms smelling like smoke, despite being a 100% smoke-free facility. Air conditioning worked very well and easy parking. Breakfast was OK. We were there for one night.

Walls are thin and can hear the neighbors most of the time.

Good stay!! All was as expected

Great budget stay. Right off the highway and close to plenty of restaurants, gas stations and shops. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Felt safe as well.

It’s a place to stay. Definitely not well kept. You get what you pay for.
