The AC unit is located a night stand away and next to your head. The cold air is blowing into your face, I've tried to make a barrier from pillows but ultimately woke up with stuff nose and post nasal drip. And since toom has no windows, if you turn off AC the room gets stuffy and hort. It is also loud. I love white noise, but AC is soo loud that its overstimulated. Breakfast is non existent in a way that there is nothing to eat :(. Nothing hot, no waffle maker, just white and wheat bread, hard boiled egg (mine has an ice inside the paxkage), few muffins and yogurt. In addition!!! The coffee is located in a lobby - totally different room than the breakfast. So if you dont know, and you walked to the breakfast area, there is no coffee. Who's idea was that? No coffe, no tea, no got water - all that in a lobby. Parking is very limited and you most likely will have to street park park- in a way it is better because the hotel parking is a back alley in complee darkness and is far! So I feel gad because the decor is awesome, rooms are very clean, employees are great, but you get Pinterest over a comfort.

Is in the perfect location, our room was facing Route 66, and while not the quietest, the view was great. The building is over 100years old, nicely restored and with lots of charm. It felt like stepping into a movie. The staff was awesome, and they told me they have a ghost tour!

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very happy with our stay. Right in downtown Williams

Room was clean. Fresh towels brought to the room the 2nd day. Organized 4pm check in. Coffee in the lobby in the morning. Breakfast was offered but it was all carbs, plenty of other options to eat in the area.

We had the best time. The room was so nice and so cute. Bed was so comfortable we loved how close to everything it was! Very clean and the staff was so nice!

Every thing was perfect the staff are amazing.

The common areas of the hotel were top notch. Likewise, the staff we met were terrific. Our room was fine but not of high quality. The bathroom in particular, while clean, was a bit slipshod in its construction. Overall, however, we had a pleasant experience at this hotel and would stay there again if we find ourselves in Williams.

Beautiful old hotel..Great staff! Had a great visit!

I loved the stay here. The beds were really comfortable. I would only ask that they have more breakfast options. Still an exceptional stay.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was just right for a one night stay. Looking forward to coming again sometime but will get a room with a window next time. The library was nice.

This was a last minute booking for us, but from the moment I started looking this was the one. It is as stunning inside when you get there as on the pages of the net. The hotel is in a great location, a friendly welcome & a well decorated (very tasteful).

The room we stayed in was very large, decorated mostly with period furniture, but also had a large, jetted tub in the bathroom. The imperfections of historic hotels are what makes them perfect in our opinion. We will definitely return for another stay and look forward to seeing how the renovations are going. Check in was easy, the staff we met were awesome. The location is perfect, in the center of town. We highly recommend.

I love the history of this location!

We stayed in carriage house #2 Breakfast was extremely limited even for free. We went elsewhere. Room was nice but needs more places to lay items ( ie tables etc) Shower is extremely small. Very awkward. Bathroom appears to be and add on. Lobby and library very nicely decorated. Hotel is right on the main drag and very convenient to all stores and restaurants
