Very good

Easy parking, central located and the laundry on the other side of the road. The pool and hot tub were awesome The employees were not so motivated and the waitress at the breakfast was running around and forgot almost everything... she brought a bottle of water amd left no glasses glasses, brought our food and went away and we stand there with no silverware...

Loved our little get away. Salt water hot tub and pool were a big plus.

Everything was excellent as last year, only no breakfast now?

Very close to everything. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend so it was a perfect location to see fireworks. Says it’s a dog friendly hotel but there is nowhere for your dogs to use the potty. No grass area dedicated to just pets. All the grass areas had lawn games. Also no trash cans to use after cleaning up after our pets. Also check in was kind of complicated.

The exterior landscaping and appearance of the rooms was charming. Each staff member we interacted with was very kind and helpful. The AC unit was weak and the change filter light was on when we arrived. The beds in room 143 were way too squishy. Between those two things, we slept horribly.

Nice clean room with very comfortable beds. Quiet and convenient

The staff was great! Sue at the bar was excellent and so was Jamie in the restaurant. The dinner menu was outstanding and try Sue’s famous black berry margarita.

Lovely property right on Route 66. Super well maintained. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The detailed brochures and signs were beautifully designed. Staff were friendly and informative. Would definitely stay there again!

Kirsty was very helpful. Saved our stay at this hotel The young man in reception needs to go on a trading course in customer service. Very rude and unhelpful. We arrived early for check in and was given nothing but attitude. The room we were given had blood on the pillows and no towels the tv didn’t work and neither did the phone We’re given a second room still not up to scratch.

Very cool place to stay especially with kids. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day of driving. The ribeye at Miss Kitty’s was great! We also enjoyed the French toast before heading off the the Grand Canyon! N/A
