The elevators were a bit slow but other than that all was good!!!

Everything is great!! There no complaints as for right now….. the grizzy bear suite was an excellent!!

Everything was great and we had a great time. We will be back.

Mattress in the room we stayed in was so soft it gave me a backache after just 2 nights!! Please replace it! On the first day internet stopped working in the evening. Did have internet on my 2nd and 3rd day. Better TV channels would have negated the need to use internet to stream movies. No maid service on the 2nd day...which meant no coffee packs for us. Front desk did supply us, fortunately. Will not be returning. First floor smelled like mold and mildew. Water park area was enjoyed by my teenage grandsons. I was SO grateful for the "over 21" hot tub. Why not have a nice sit down restaurant or two that is NOT a buffet? Even kids need something different to eat.

It was nice, not sure if I would stay again. Not toddler friendly, areas that toddlers would enjoy have a big water dumping bucket that could easily knock them down. Probably more appropriate hotel for 5+. Staff was all super friendly, house keeping is unpredictable, never actually had them come to our room (once was early and we were still there, other time was like 4pm ish, when we had just gotten back to the room and the toddler was taking a nap). We stayed in the low 1000 rooms, the ice machine was a super long walk

The 4th floor room was so very clean!

Room was very clean. The kids loved the cabin room with the bunk beds! Loved that rooms had a sink, microwave and fridge! Balcony could have used a little maintenance. There appeared to be a lot of algae and rust built up from an area of the floor above leaking water but we didn’t spend much time out there only to dry the swimsuits. Plenty of parking! Lots to do every night with young kids ranging from 2-10. Staff were friendly and helpful. Life guards were very attentive and focused. Will be returning! The arcade was amazing and worth the money.

Great wolf is an amazing place for the family. Theres so so much to do its hard to get it all in but wonderful trying to. My family has been multiple times and we definitely will be coming again

The property is very nice. The only thing I don’t like is that the facility should be open longer for older kids. The facility should also have an area for older kids because they don’t want to be quiet at 11:00 pm. Over all I like the facility and I have taken my kids and now I’m taking my grandkids.

Mi experiencia con expedía fue mala ya que yo hice reservaciones para 5 personas y cuando estaba haciendo check in me dicen que solo pagué por 2 personas 😡y lo único que me dijeron fue que expedía siempre hace eso y terminé pagando más.
