I was completely satisfied 😃 with the room, and all of your staff.

Staff was very nice and the rooms were pretty clean but the property was very run down. The bathroom had a cracked tub, tile, and big hole in the door. Also the outside entrance had a broken card lock so was just hanging open.

Not enough security

Air conditioning did not work. Room was dirty, beds hard as a rock and no pool or hot tub but still had to pay a resort fee. Would recommend no one to stay there.

Hidden fees facility was trashed broken windows and doors very run down and bad customer service also house keeping just walked into our room at 10:15 and tried to rush us out when check out was 11

Management, Staff, room, beds, blankets, the fact that they didn't have enough clean towels for us, unusable coffee maker, the gum on the headboard, hair covered washcloths, broken toilet, the ants, the filth in general

The pool and jacuzzi were drained. The room we were first checked into didn't have any beds/furniture in it. The 2nd room we were checked into only had 1 bed. There were no room services during our stay. Carpets were dirty.

Windows and doors didn't close, bad part of town, run down interior and exterior, Definitely not some where i felt safe, felt like my car would get broken into over night.

The key access pad at the entrances wasn’t even there. The box and wires were but there was no cover. Our room door didn’t lock, we didn’t get the room we reserved and were told there’s no price difference in suite or not. The room was filthy.

1st i was givin key to a already ocupied room 2nd the room givin was not cleaned 3rd i had to ask for bedding and was givin a sheet n a blanket 4th the tv remote didnt work on tv and when asked i never got a reply or differnt remote 5th no soap or tp

Very comfy beds, cleanliness was nice, shower water has great pressure We did not have a bucket for ice or cup for water, bath tub drain was broken. Shower head was too short

Friendly staff

The door didn't lock from the outside, the toilet was dirty, the bathroom faucet base moved when I turned the water on and the tv didn't work. I also didn't have the confirmation number in my email so they didn't have my reservation.

Gave me perhaps the nicest room in the hotel. However the door did not lock. You do not need a key card to open door. Key card door broken

When I checked in the room I was assigned to was wide open and was torn apart. The furniture was in the bathroom. I went downstairs and told the desk associate, she was very apologetic, she got me into another room and said don’t mind the lamp on the floor. The room was fine but was dirty and definitely not guest ready.

I liked nothing at this location. I requested a handicap accessible room and there was no accessible route to the room. So we could not stay at the Super 8. No accessible access to the handicap accessible room. We could not stay at this hotel.
