Hampton Inn by Hilton Philadelphia / Willow Grove

Front desk staff was amazing. The room wasn’t great. Shower leaked, light didn’t work in the room, hair on the bathroom ceiling, mold around the grout of the shower. Didn’t say anything to the staff as we were only there for about 6 hours to sleep and then leave.

The hotel was nice but there is no pool.

Great accommodations, friendly staff, clean facilities and room, and great location

We were disappointed that even though we stayed the required nights, our room was not refreshed nor additional towels added. We told the front desk and nothing was offered to compensate for the situation.

That hotel was horrible, but good breakfast. I stayed there Thursday through Sunday nobody give service, even though I spoke with housekeeper and I showed her what to do , came back late afternoon my trash was sky high , bed was not done and also my bathroom every time we took a shower water was coming out leaking outside the shower. And I also did not like the smell when I come into the room. I will never go there again.

Front desk was unable to check me in when I arrived. There was some issue that they were unable to resolve within 20-30 minutes. Since it was well past midnight abd I had a young child in the car. We elected to stay somewhere else. Very unhappy about the whole situation especially since I was still charged for the night.

The breakfast sucked… the only way I can put it. What wasn’t eaten on Wednesday was put back out on Thursday..

The breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious.

Hot breskfast was good. Location was good. We had a couple of problems with the toilet not flushing and the water continuing to run. No drinking glasses in the room only paper coffee cups.

The location and affordability I know the breakfast is complimentary, however it would be nice to have a non pork selection, everyone dont eat pork. Other than that I loved it

We had a quick stop but this place was perfect. The common areas were well kept. We loved the room. It was clean and comfy. The staff was great too. We also noticed how safe and well secure the hotel was along with the parking lot. Great place to stay.

Breakfast was very nicely done. A tabletop pancake machine would be a nice addition…

The location We booked a room with two queen beds for 4 adults through booking.com. When we got to the hotel at 11pm they gave us a key card and we went up to our room and found 1 king size bed and what appeared to be a twin size pull out sofa bed. I went back to the front desk and they said they had no extra rooms available and that there was nothing they could do. I explained 4 grown adults were not going to sleep in a king bed and the sofa bed was all springs. (We were also told they had no extra pillows and to use the comforter in the room closet - which had stains on it.). The front desk was not solutions oriented and just kept saying there was nothing they could do. We ended up finding another hotel and going to that one. I ended up having to ask my credit card to dispute the charge for the stay at this hotel as booking.com said management at the hotel would not agree to the refund. I will never go through booking.com or stay at this hotel again.

Decent breakfast. Rooms were good. You do hear movement in the hallways quite a bit but nothing from adjoining rooms - at least from my experience. Location was perfect and the front desk staff was awesome! I enjoyed my stay.
