No complaints. Good hotel, good location.

Hotel is older and rather tired looking. Beds are rather soft and bathroom was rough (sloppy caulking and sealing around plumbing fixtures, peeling paint, shower drain had hair clumps in it). No fridge or microwave in rooms. Strange odor in hallways.

The bathroom lights could be brighter

It was okay, I have stayed here for years but this time I felt it was not as well maintained. I asked for a crib at check in time & they said they would deliver it. It was after 11 pm when we got back in that night & no crib, also no answer so we had to move the mattress in the floor so our 9 mth old wouldn't get hurt.

There was a bug in our room, didn’t tell us that you have to reserve the pool, a day ahead, the room was not very clean. parking was $50

We loved the pool, but thought house keeping could be improved in the rooms and in shared restroom areas. The rooms would be much improved with a mini fridge.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience here. Our room had not been cleaned well (or maybe not at all). There was hair on all the pillows on one of the beds, a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom and dirt and crumbs on the floor by the window and one of the beds. Our room was just by the elevator, which happens sometimes, but was noisy and hard to sleep. I am on a road trip with my 16 year old and it has been hot for us (we’re from the PNW) so the pool was a great opportunity. Unfortunately when we went in around 9 pm it was cloudy and felt oily so we weren’t in long. The staff was friendly enough, but didn’t provide any information on WiFi or anything at check in. At one point I went down the stairs instead of using the elevator and walked through a cloud of weed smoke and a couple of staff members who then told me the stairs were going to a private room so I should go another way. Why are fire door stairs going to a private room? I must have been missing something, I went to sit at a table by the back gate and the bar there was stick with a dirty glass sitting there and no one to be found. I’m general the hotel seemed poorly maintained. The location was amazing and the beds were comfortable. It was not an inexpensive hotel and not worth the cost at all. I would not reccomend it and so bummed it was not a better experience.

The patio had great relaxing seating where we chose to drink coffee and have a light breakfast from the coffee shop inside. We loved our stay and would highly recommend. Nebraska

    Great stay

Hotel needs a refresh seemed out of date with other hotels. Location and staff were great.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel (and comfy beds) We walked to the Darius concert via the river walk. Close to many restaurants and shops. Everyone was so accommodating.

    The ice machine was broken

The location was nice. The homeless population did enjoy the outdoor amenities along with us... There were surprise fees when I arrived. They blamed the third party purchasing (booking.com). The emails I got the day of didn't match the surprise pricing and they did not match the email I got the same day I arrived. Menu prices for the restaurant downstairs didnt match what could be found online either.

I really like this hotel. We’ve stayed here at least six times in the last six years. It’s not the most welcoming of hotels on the facade, but it’s modern, clean, orderly, and they do their best to maintain it despite being right there on the unforgiving salt water. The staff has been great, helpful, friendly. The valets even remember my husband from previous visits. The restaurant is somewhat better than a lot of chain hotels’ food. The outdoor patio space is very attractive: comfortable, well-appointed, and able to accommodate many different groups and couples at once. And the price is generally VERY reasonable. It’s a good value.
