Quality Inn & Suites Wilsonville

Free parking was convenient to my room, the staff was very helpful when I had questions, and everything was well kept and clean. I would definitely recommend this when you need a place to stay in or near Wilsonville!

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The fan on the air conditioner rattled all night. There were no hot breakfast items left an hour into the breakfast service. Outside of the room, the ice maker, located several rooms down the hall, made a horrible noise. The hotel was hidden behind other buildings in the area, and difficult to find as there were no signs on the street to indicate where one should turn in. There are too many other hotel choices in the area for about the same price to consider staying here again.

The staff were kind and accommodating. Decent selection for a continental breakfast. My room key stopped working, and they took care of the problem for me quickly. The location was mostly quiet through the night and had plenty of outlets for electronics. The hot tub was out of order. Some of the rooms look like they could use a bit of repainting, particularly on the doors. The lightbulbs in the bathroom seem to be putting off too much heat and actually felt painful on the scalp. Not a hotel issue, but Google Maps had a difficult time getting into the parking lot.

There is no elevator to the second floor. that is probably my biggest complaint with the property.

Bed nice, quiet, ok. Bagels were stale. Place is falling apart. Needs repairs. Strange long hairs in shower.

I think all was well, except there was no shower jell in the shower.

The rooms seemed freshly remodeled and did not have carpet, which was nice. Everything felt clean. The breakfast was sub-par. The rate seemed high for the area.

Nice clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating. Minor complaint. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was freezing. Other than that, very enjoyable stay.
