Spark by Hilton Winchester

Her name was Dee…. she worked the Front Desk when I arrived…. It was a torrential downpour outside…. I was traveling with three younger ones….. 11, 15 & 17 & was an 8 Hour drive… she was kind from the beginning…. She inquired if I was a Hilton Rewards member…. And I am….. she updated all my information because they had the wrong phone number…. I usually book my reservations through Expedia…. And no one has ever asked me about being a Hilton rewards member before…. I just assumed when I book it they knew…anyway... this trip included myself, my granddaughter, family friend & my grandson. I thought when I booked this room and had a sleeper sofa…. I was mistaken, but Dee went out of her way found a pull-up cat with no extra charge for My Grandson…. She was just genuinely kind…. And I want everyone to know that.

When I arrived D at the front desk was so helpful to me! She was very professional in her job answering all my questions to her. The room I stayed in was very clean. Breakfast was really good too! Overall experience 10 of 10!

The property and our room were well maintained and clean.The continental breakfast was nice, with a few added perks for the oatmeal, yogurt and bagels. The eating area was clean, and the coffee was good. We would stay again!

The person working at reception on Saturday, August 15 (from midday through evening) was so helpful and nice. She deserves a raise or promotion if she wants it!

The breakfast consisted of bagels and muffins, cereal, oranges and yogurt.

Such a cute and clean hotel! A great place to stay if you need to go to Shenandoah University. Restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel also has a nice continental breakfast but if you’re wanting more there’s a Waffle House right outside the front door.

Large size room, very clean! Personal hand written greeting from manager was a great touch in today's world!

It was the nicest pet-friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was large and comfortable and there were ample dog walking areas. The breakfast area was roomy and the choices were excellent. More seating in the room and around the pool. There was only one chair in the room and only one or two places to sit at the pool.

The staff was amazing. Best check in ever. Breakfast is very basic but it's OK since there are some great places for breakfast in town worth going.
