The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. There was no room to walk. The room needs to be updated and molding was a mess.

The hotel is adequate. It's minimal. It's clean. I sought an inexpensive hotel to overnight before my early flight at BDL leaving Connecticut and after arriving at the end of my trip very late. I was able to open the windows to get fresh air. The furniture is old but functional. The plumbing in my room needs repair. The sink had lost its attachment to the wall and was shaky. The handle on the shower fell off. The tub did not drain.

If you are looking for a place to sleep for the night this is a good place. The rooms were small, the bathroom was not the cleanest. There were no vending machines to get a drink or a snack and it advertises an in door pool but the pool was outside and not even filled. Airport shuttle was wonderful and right on time and got us to the airport in a timely fashion. Staff were not overly friendly but checked us in and told us how to find our room. There was some very loud guests yelling and laughing in the hallway at 2am for about 15 minutes and that was a little frustrating but I am going to guess they either went to their room or the staff told them to quiet down. They had coffee in the foyer/check in area but I did not see any creamer or anything like that and no tea choices for those that don’t drink coffee.

Location Hall carpet was really dirty. The shower was dirty & stained. The bed was uncomfortable. The a/c didn’t work well. We got into the room it was reading 83 degrees, over night it “cooled down” to 77 degrees.

Location Generally run down facility old and falling apart

The guy at the front desk was welcoming and kind. He was helpful with setting up transportation to the airport and with a friendly wake-up call. There is a side door on the main floor that didn’t seem secure as it was unlocked when I came back from the store. However, they could have locked it at a certain time at night that I was unaware of.

Very good

Bathroom tub/ shower area could use re-grouting… electrical plug needs replacement.

Got in at the airport at 3am after a delay- shuttle came fairly quickly. We were given a room next to someone who had the TV blaring but the young woman at the desk changed it so we could get some sleep!

In case you don’t see it in the “fine print” their pool is closed from April till November! When I mentioned that didn’t make sense because those are the warmer months I received no response. Once I complained to an Expedia virtual agent, the photos of the outdoor pool were removed. I only booked this hotel because of the photo of the pool and once we found out there was no pool it sent my 5 year old into hysterics. The hotel room was also disgusting, yellow stains on the sheets, the TV in the main area didn’t work. Basically if you need to lay your head down for 1 night before an early morning flight fine. But if you need to stay for anything else like we did which was for a baseball tournament, just don’t. Pay the extra $50 per night to stay somewhere better!

It’s outdated

The only thing I can honestly say good about the property was the location it was convenient and the only thing available It was filthy the hallways were disgusting the room smelled musty and old the bathroom was awful dirty and dingy. There was nowhere to get water other than the front desk and they only would accept cash I was so thirsty I had to leave at three in the morning to get water at the gas station because I did not have cash on me. I couldn’t sleep all night because all I could smell was smoke.

Not enough options for breakfast

The staff were all very good. The shuttle driver I had , I wish I knew his name, a big, strong African American man who was patient and so helpful, was especially great. Good recommendations from front desk. My bed, room 202, had a VERY annoying metallic screech whenever I sat, played or moved around on it. That was not OK! Please get that bed replaced now!

The bathroom was old and floors were dirty
-
The room was not completely clean since there were bottle caps under the desk and toilet was not completely clean, especifically toilet seat.

Hallways could use a deep cleaning to get rid of a not-so-great smell, the lobby is just very basic and could be better maintained, and the rooms are definitely dated. But the rooms are generally clean, sheets are clean and in good condition (and are free of the odor from the hallway), check-in is easy, the location is prime for the airport, and it's about the cheapest you're going to find in the area. All in all, if money isn't a factor and you want a bit of luxury, you can do better but if you want to minimize costs and don't mind minimal accommodations and some imperfections, this place is perfectly acceptable!

Just better parking but overall I was surprised by how quiet it was
