The breakfast was fine, didn’t love the coffee. The location is great, building was clean and secure. Would liked to have a couple more shower towels and I thought parking was expensive.

Everything Nothing

Hotel clean

The location was good but the city was not good.

Location was excellent given my conference was at the delta across the street. Breakfast was good each morning. I really loved that on Jets game days, the staff all wear Jets jerseys! Not the safest part of town, and the main entrance isn’t clearly marked - many of my cab/Lyft drivers couldn’t find it because they thought the main entrance was at the back.

The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. It was in a good spot for our destinations we wanted to see. Unaware of an additional parking fee. Also unaware of an additional incidental fee. If it was a few bucks this wouldn't have been a big deal, but my overall price went up by close to $70. Having some disclaimer would have been good to know.

What a surprisingly great stay I had, thanks to a welcoming, cheerful, friendly and helpful staff, a clean, bright, well-appointed room, and an amazing location a short block away from the RBC Convention Centre with loads of great restaurants nearby. What I loved: Storage!!! especially in the bathroom with shelves and a large vanity counter for all my cosmetics. Plenty of hooks for towels in the bathroom and in the foyer as well as a closet. Drawer space was also great -- and there was plenty of room for my stupidly large suitcase on a dedicated space, as well as surface area on the dresser and desk. Electrical outlets and USB outlets everywhere. Fabulous mirror in the bathroom. Full-length mirror in the room. Comfy bed, cozy blankets, and perfect room temperature, which I didn't have to adjust. Generously large towels. The gym! It had everything for a quick weight workout. A solid cable machine, a bench, a wide range of dumbbells (not the heaviest but adequate) and a few kettlebells (to 30 pounds) as well as top quality cardio equipment. And I had it to myself. The room, despite being next to the elevators and the nice machine, was very quiet. What I thought was OK: While the room was pleasant and service attentive, the breakfast offered few healthy options. Most everything was either a fat or sugar bomb, with no plain yogurt, no whole grain bread, no fresh fruit aside from Delicious apples. I relied on scrambled eggs (powdered), coffee and oatmeal. On my fourth morning, there were no scrambled eggs, just pre-fab western omelettes with ham, something I don't eat for health reasons. What I hated: This is a common problem with most hotels: those rain showerheads which take ages to rinse shampoo out and, worse, require a girl to be a contortionist. Those things are made for men and are not female-friendly. I always try to book rooms with tubs and handheld showers but none was available for me here at this time. I'm staying at another Hampton Hilton next month and did manage to snag one!)

Room was clean, modern, functional and Wifi was good. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. While the location is certainly in the central business and entertainment district, the area has security issues particularly at night. Limited business services available in the hotel.
-
Convenient , modern, and clean. No swimming pool, inadequate coffee machine and coffee supplies in the room. No water in the fridge.

The staff in the breakfast area were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Older hotel but the room upgrades were really well done and looked great. The rooms and bathrooms look nearly renovated, and were very clean. Nice gym facilities

The hotel has a great breakfast, the staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, the location in downtown Winnipeg is perfect for walking everywhere.
-
Breakfast was well stocked and the women working that area kept it clean and open for the busy mornings. Front desk staff was ON IT!! Both the day and night shift were friendly and extremely accommodating. Nothing!

No door on shower and bathroom didnt lock
-
On the booking site it stated parking. Didn’t say anything about an additional cost. Not a deal breaker, just feel like it needs to be worded differently.

This hotel was very clean, staff were friendly, and the location was close to everything we needed in downtown Winnipeg.
