Hampton Inn Bermuda Run Winston-Salem

I chose this hotel due to proximity to Atrium Health, which I was grateful for. I asked for a room close to the elevator and a room where no animals had been. The Person checking me in explained that all rooms were animal friendly, but cleaned very well. We were put on the first floor at the end of the hallway. That may not seem like an issue for most people, but for someone with walking disability and breathing problems, it is a big deal. I didn’t sleep much due to something in the room causing me head congestion and trouble breathing. Whether it was an animal previously in the room or something else I don’t know. I just know I was miserable all night. The hotel appeared very clean, so I don’t know what caused my problem. I understand animal friendly, but PLEASE, PLEASE reserve some rooms for guest with allergies. It’s the same as putting a non-smoker into a room where someone has been smoking all day. I hope this makes sense to management.

Good location No one cleaned the room, gave us new towels,emptied trash, or new cups etc…

Only issues: 2 light bulbs burned out and the shower head leaked

Very clean and well kept property.

We were in room 408,Our room didnt have enough towels,we didnt have soap(bodywash).We had to go to walmart to get ammenities that we forgot even tho we didnt ask for it because it was nobody at the front desk when when we went down there.

The facility and employees were fine. There were very noisy kids running in the hallway each evening until almost midnight. They were slamming doors, knocking on room doors and running away, and yelling in the hallway. They seemed to have no adult supervision.

We have stayed here twice now- just love the swimming pool slide, and hot tub. Great entertainment for all my local grandchildren (and adult children). The included breakfast is a great start to the day- plus, so many restaurants so close by. We have now had two stress-free stays so far, and plan to come back in the future.

Very great hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. It was very clean the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was really good. We are definitely planning another stay here.

We loved the nice friendly staff, clean rooms and common spaces, and the pool is always our favorite part. We especially loved the young gentleman working the front desk Saturday evening around 4:30 pm. We were all wanting to see the World Cup soccer game score update and he was able to put it on all the TVs in the common spaces for everyone at the hotel curious of the games but enjoying the hotel amenities! Awesome stay! Wish the price was more affordable as it was in previous years. We use to stay multiple nights each visit but now can only afford 1 night.

Stopped here on our trip to the beach…. The the kids would have stayed here the whole week! Love it
