I had to buy Clorox wipes to wipe down the room. Everything was dirty even when I asked for clean towels they were not clean.

Window at the front desk is broken. The whole place smelled like marijuana when I stepped out of the car to go to my room. Room was in poor condition with busted sconces, holes in the wall, and mismatched paint. Toilet was off its base and leaking (a second room was offered but my family and I were already settled in and we were only staying one night). Pool was the main reason I booked here and it was out of service. Did not feel safe the entire time we were there and was glad to leave this morning. Front desk staff seemed to be put out when I asked for additional towels since the room was not stocked. Beds seemed worn out. Definitely will never stay here again.

The environment felt extremely unsafe. Upon entering the parking lot, I witnessed illicit activities, including open drug dealing and solicitation. The situation inside the lobby was no better; there was an active physical fight occurring, during which the protective glass at the reception desk was cracked. To make matters worse, there was no staff present to assist with a cancellation or address the situation. I was forced to leave immediately for the safety of my children and make an emergency booking at a nearby Hilton. This place should be avoided at all costs.

The gentleman at the front desk tried his best to accommodate me and my family, he even helped carry our bags from room to room. He seemed embarrassed about the conditions of each room. Immediate disaster. Very unkempt. I was moved to 3 rooms due to unacceptable conditions. Each room was a nightmare. Floor was sticky, bedding was stained and some had cigarette burns on the linens. Pillow under pillow cases were beyond filthy! Each room had a ruminating smell of urine and cigarettes. Oh, how could I forget, our first room had no toilet seat! The outside environment was extremely loud, people arguing, loud music, and this was all at 1am when we arrived after traveling all day long.

Good

There was nothing I liked Roaches and nothing but junkies as well staying there , also it say permanently closed so can’t even call.
-
The dead roaches stuck to the wall and cigarette burns in the bed covering all contributed to the rating. The hotel did not even have the attention to detail to install a lampshade on the bedside lamp.

Stayed 4 hours then went to another hotel

Nothing, you guys allowed me to reserve it. Yet they were sold out. Nothing, you guys allowed me to reserve it. Yet they were sold out.
-
The picture they advertise is not the picture of the property whereyou stay. The water did not go down the drain and the toilet kept overflowing. The ambulance came out because the occupants in the hotel kept fighting.

Didn't have the accommodations I reserved

booking.com website is very misleading. There is no free continental breakfast which is the reason I booked this stay. I requested a 1st floor non-smoking king room in February 2026 & I was told that those rooms were fully booked @ 3 PM upon our arrival on May 1, 2026. The parking lot was not even full when we arrived nor when we left in the morning. When we entered this place, the name of OYO Townhouse was no longer visible since the name was changed to Quality Inn in October 2025, according to the guy who checked us in. I requested another set of towels upon entering the room which had only one set of towels. The bathroom shower curtain was folded over the rod. I also asked him how to open the closet to hang our clothes since there were no handles on the stand-up closet and only 2 hangers inside. Same guy didn’t seem to want to make things right. I asked for another room, and he said that he could probably get me another room on the third floor looking the same as this one. There is no third floor! He said there was another handicap room on the first floor with a double bed. There are no elevators and the outside had so much trash in the corridors. We are elderly in our 70’s & 80’s so steps are a problem. The sheets were soiled and there was no comforter as pictured – just 2 sheets. I had to pull the plug on the microwave in the middle of the night since the microwave kept beeping. We did not use the microwave during our stay. There was also a broken wall socket in the room as well as hardly any light bulbs that worked. We had to move the working light bulbs to areas we needed. I told the guy at the front desk that I was very discouraged, but it didn’t matter to him. I feel that we should receive a full refund. I would have left if I hadn’t paid ahead of time. I would not recommend this place. Upon entering, the reception area is enclosed and the glass is broken. That’s not a good impression! Attached are pictures of the broken glass in reception area, no handles on clothes closet, broken wall socket, only 1 lightbulb over the vanity instead of 3, shower curtain.

Location and nothing more The people hanging outside the entire hotel, the clerk at the front desk’s attitude, the fact that the lights would not work in my room. I requested a refund as my card was ran upon arrival. The clerk did so but booking charged my card as well for a room I didn’t stay in! I still have not received my money back from booking.com.

I didn't like that there was no remote to the Tv, no cups in the room, no ashtray in the smoking room
